New Review Google My Business Zap Update with Replies

If you are creating the Reply to a Review via a Zap step, then you can update the GSheet Row with the Reply.

Otherwise, you would have to explore using the Google Business Profile API to pull the Replies for a Review.

I don’t think it will be possible through just native Zapier triggers. If you also get the reviews in email, you could apply some email parsing logic when a reply is added to the review.

Otherwise you have to directly query the API using Webhooks in Zapier. Use this endpoint v4/accounts/{accountId}/locations/{locationId}/reviews. It should fetch the replies as well if there are any. You can try this Zap action: GBP - API Request

This will return 1 GMP Review based on the Review ID, and the response may include the replies.

URL: https://mybusiness.googleapis.com/v4/accounts/XXX/locations/XXX/reviews/XXX

Replace the instances of XXX with the applicable IDs. (see below)

For this Zap trigger: GBP - New Review

It returns these vars:

• Name
  • Path with accounts/*/locations/*/reviews/*
• ID
  • Review ID
