Need help with Woocommerce integration

Hi, could anyone help me with this integration idea? I need an account to be opened in a CRM or any other client portal the account should have an specific form to fill by the client, the form will change depending on the client order in woocommerce. This forms will mostly be for to follow a process of file sharing.

This isn’t really the sort of thing you can do with Zapier, as it’s a ‘behind-the-scenes’ sort of tool. It can’t control what people see and do in their browser.
