Hi! I’m trying to create a Zap in Zapier that starts a workflow in Wealthbox whenever an existing opportunity is marked as “Won.”
The goal is for this to happen automatically, only when the stage is updated to "Won", and to run the workflow for the correct contact linked to that opportunity — without requiring manual notes or tags.
Right now, I’m using the “New Opportunity” trigger with a filter to check that the stage is "Won". That works only if the opportunity is created with that stage, but it doesn’t fire when an opportunity is moved to "Won" later on, which is what I really need.
I’ve tried different Zap structures but haven’t been able to get it working reliably. Would appreciate any tips or suggestions for how to make this possible — especially if someone has found a clean workaround.
