Need help configuring a Zap with Systeme.io and YouSign

Bonjour,

Does not appear Yousign supports sending contracts, so you may want to explore using a different esign app that has more triggers/actions.

https://zapier.com/apps/categories/documents

https://zapier.com/apps/categories/signatures

In general, you will need 2 Zaps.

Zap 1

  1. Trigger: Systeme.io - New Sale
  2. Action: Esign -
    1. App is TBD

Zap 2

  1. Trigger: Esign - Request Completed
    1. App is TBD
  2. Action: Systeme.io - Create or Update a Contact and Grant Access to Course

Hi @Géraldine Dly

Translated to English:

Hello,

I am contacting you because I am new to Zapier and I will need help to configure the steps of a Zap please.

Following the purchase of a training course on Systeme.io, I would like to be able to send a training contract to my clients via YouSign and the signing of this contract will open access to the complete training course on Systeme.io.

For the moment I have created a Zap in 3 steps:
- the trigger is the purchase of my training course on Syteme.io

- then I have a second step on YouSign but there is the first difficulty, I cannot choose an action other than “Create a contact”. In addition, in the configuration, I have to add a whole bunch of contact information that I do not know how to fill in.

-finally the third step allows you to have access to the total content of the training on Systeme.io but there too in the configuration I have to add an e-mail field that I don't know how to fill in.

I thank you in advance for your help.
