In Need a Zap for a LearnDash quiz so that at the end a user is given two options: 1) enter their email address to receive the results of the quiz, and 2) check a box to subscribe to an email list on MailerLite. Anyone out there who can do this? Please reply with questions.

This is something you’d need to build within the LearnDash app itself (if it’s possible) - as Zapier is a purely behind the scenes tool. It can’t show a user an options screen like this.
