I want to connect my CRM to my Meta Events Manager via conversion API so I can better optimize my ad campaigns.
My CRM is called Dentalink and is widely used in South America for small dentistry practices. My CRM does have a conversion API and so far I have managed to connect it to Zapier using an access token.
And I don't know how to go any further.
My idea by using this integration is to be able to tell Meta which ads are getting me more appointments and sales, and hence, adjust my strategy, budget, etc.
