Question

Move webinar speaker data from Notion database A to B after the event

I have a Notion database (Database A) to manage webinar speakers for which I run several automations. Once the webinar has occurred then I would like to remove the speaker data from Database A (webinar management database) to Database B (archive of past speakers for reference) also in Notion. This action could be automated to occur once a week.

Hi @hensleyalford

Did you have a specific questions related to your topic?

NOTES

  • Notion Zap actions work on a per item basis, so if you are trying to handle multiple records, you likely would need to use a Notion API Request or a Custom Action (if supported).
