Before purchasing the modern events calendar Zapier add on I hope someone can help me understand for sure that it will do what I need it to do?
I am using Modern Events Calendar on my website to create online fitness classes. I am hoping to use the Zapier add on to automatically send a calendar invite to those who purchase a ticket at the point of payment.
Is this something that is possible please?

We definitely want to help!
It sounds like “New Booking” may be the trigger you’re looking for in MEC. Depending on the calendar app of your choosing, will determine the subsequent action (sending the calendar invite). Troy mentioned this above but for example if you are trying to send a Google Calendar invite you can see some potential workflow templates here for MEC + Google Calendar here. The good news is it does look like there is one for “New Booking” - “Add Attendee/s to Event”, amongst a few other options!
You can also check out some of the other apps MEC integrates with here.
I also recommend taking a quick peek at some of these helpful articles before diving into build your zaps as they’ll help set you up for success! Specifically these may be good ones to start with.

Again, not helpful.
Currently without the Zapier app I cannot send calendar invites to clients.
