Mighty Networks action errors with Invalid Email from Squarespace Form Submission trigger

Hi all,

 

I keep getting that message and it’s test data in the form so I don’t know why it would say it’s invalid. I also tried filling out the form using my information but it doesn’t get captured in the Squarespace Zapier test data.

 

I tried to troubleshoot this but I am lost and have spent way too many hours/days trying to figure this out. :(

Have you tried changing the Zap trigger data after submitting the Squarespace form?

Yes unfortunately the only two test data that appear don’t work. I tried inputting my own data in the form on my site so that I could use new test data but it doesn’t appear as an entry within the trigger :(

Perhaps try turning the Zap ON and testing?

Hi @helpmeplease! It looks like Carlito from our support team replied advising:

It looks that the form you're trying to trigger to is a product form in Squarespace. I'm afraid to say that it is not possible to trigger with that kind of form at the moment since our Squarespace app integration still doesn't have support for those product forms.

It looks like they did also add your to the feature request as well so you’ll be kept in the loop if this feature is implemented moving forward. If you have any other questions, feel free to respond to the support email! The team is always happy to help. 🙂
