Hi, I would like to know if it is possible to have Zapier automatically update the date of last entry on my sheet. I have a book for Sales forecast, it is my self made CRM. I have a sheet where I keep track of my leads and I keep on updating it everytime I do something like sent an email, a follow up or contacted them on LinkedIm. So, everytime I write notes on the notes section of my sheet to update what I did, I need Zapier to update the date to the day and time I updated the notes section. This will help me to know if I need to follow up on that lead. Is it possible? how to do it?

Hi @Erick_Sales

@Erick_Sales

If you use an app like Airtable instead of a spreadsheet, there are specific field types that will track the records “Last Modified Date/Time”.

Info about Airtable field types: https://support.airtable.com/docs/supported-field-types-in-airtable-overview
