The function of mentioning users and roles through text messages is very much needed. Please do it!

i can mention the user, but if zapier bot send this message XP points dont accrual to the user?

It looks like you’ve also asked this same question in another thread and you’ve been added to a feature request to have mentions fully supported with the Discord integration. We have a main thread for this feature request open here:
 


As to why the points aren’t being awarded it may be best to reach out to our Support team. They’ll be able to dig into the set up and logs of your Zaps to investigate further. They can be reached via the Get Help form.
