MAGENTO 1.9 to SENDGRID

Hi All,

First timer here and hoping someone/anyone can help please!

I use Magento 1.9.4.4 (ecommerce platform) and SendGrid (marketing).

When customers place an order in Magento, I would like to create a ZAP to add them as a CONTACT in SendGrid, IF they don’t exist already.

IF they already exist, I would like to send the order date from Magento to their CONTACT card in SendGrid.

    Hi @JamesK ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I’m not sure if this entire flow is possible as while you could use the “New Order” Trigger in Magento → Filter Step -->Create Customer Action in SendGrid, there is not a SendGrid Action to update a contact. 

    Perhaps someone here can chime in with a workaround on the second bit of your workflow!
