Losing format in emails

I am running Zap to link Zoho email to Airtable for an NFP Association. 

 
I am trying to retain the email formatting ie linefeeds, paragraphs etc on correspondence. However, Body Text and HTML formatter are removing all contextual formatting.  Is there a way to transfer the data and not lose the formatting?

Hi @Miles 

Sadly, if both those fields are coming through lacking the required formatting, I don’t think that’s something you’d be able to fix inside Zapier.

Hi @Miles - When the information is coming from Zoho email, does it still have the formatting in it? In other words, is it coming into the Zap without the formatting, or is there a step in the Zap that’s removing it?

If it’s coming into the Zap without formatting then unless all of the emails are near identical it wont be possible to add the formatting. IF a step in the Zap is stripping out the formatting then that might be possible to take a look at.
