I’d like to link a specific, already created Jira ticket to a Zendesk ticket, and for it to appear linked in the Apps section in the Zendesk ticket. Is it possible to configure my Zap to do this?

I’m not seeing any fields on the Update Ticket action that would allow a Jira issue to be linked. I’d suggest contacting our Support team to submit a feature request for that sort of functionality to be added. You can do that here: https://zapier.com/app/get-help.
In the meantime, perhaps you could try using an API Request action or Custom Action for Zendesk. As it looks like you could use Zendesk’s Create Link endpoint to create the link between the ticket and the issue. It’s a bit more advanced as you’d need to reference Zendesk’s API to set up the request but if you go down the custom action route it has an AI powered Copilot feature that can help to set it all up for you.
