Looking to limit RSS feed auto posts to Facebook at one per day.

unsure:
Set up STORAGE BY ZAPIER with
key = string of text I made up “logistics RSS Article”
increment amount =1
Set up FILTER BY ZAPIER with
Only continues if “logistics RSS Article”
(Number less than)

The parts about which I am unsure is the ONLY CONTINUE IF should equal the key.
Also I am not really sure how to reset storage. I created another zap
SCHEDULE BY ZAPIER to trigger every day at midnight
STORAGE BY ZAPIER Remove all Values
Can anyone confirm if this is correct? Without correctly limiting my RSS feed, I can have 10 articles a day and it not only clogs my linkedin, but it eats all of my zaps and I am only on the 750 account.
