I primarily work out of KVcore but the team I’m on uses Follow Up Boss - I believe I already set up a zap to automatically create a new contact in FUB when I create it in KVcore, but I’m hoping I can set up another Zap to update the notes in FUB when I create/update them in KVcore. Is this possible?
It would save me a lot of duplicate work.

Review the available Zap triggers/actions for each app:
There is no kvCORE Zap trigger event for your desired workflow.
You may have to explore advanced approaches using kvCORE automations or webhooks.
Try reaching out to kvCORE Support for help with their app and options.

How did you get on with this? Were you able to get it sorted using Webhooks as Troy suggested?
If not, I’d suggest contacting our Support team to submit a new feature requests for actions to find and update an existing notes to be added to Follow Up Boss. Also feature requests for a “New or Updated Note” type of trigger to be added to kvCORE. You can do that here: https://zapier.com/app/get-help which will help to flag the need for that functionality to the app’s developers.
In the meantime, if you got stuck exploring Webhooks for this I’d be happy to lend a hand. Also, wanted to note that the Follow Up Boss app has an API Request action that you could use to first find a note, then update it.
