Hello, i’m not even sure if i am in the right place for this question - but here it goes.
I need a system (similar to a banking system) where clients call in and input information through a phone keypad, i need to acknowledge that information, verify it, and ask for a security code; if both answer match what i already have in my database, i will give a specific message to the customer, if not, i will give a different set of voice instructions.
Does anyone know how i can get this done? Am i in the right place? Been looking online, Asterisk, … and i can’t find anywhere to start.
