So having a look at the new policy mentioned here: New Policy

 

Isn’t this illegal in the EU where final sales doesn't exist? Every customer has the right on refund within 14 days of purchase regardless of reason I am pretty sure.

I just came across your posts here and wanted to share a link to the policy update, for anyone that stumbles across this post looking for confirmation that the new refund policy is subject to local law: Zapier's refund policy will change on August 30, 2024
