It appears that Teams to Slack works. But not vice versa.
I need the zap to work both ways.
I created the reverse, but that did not seem to work.
Can Zapier manage two way communication between Slack and Teams? If so, how do I need to set it up?

Zaps are not meant to be used as a 2-way data sync between apps.
Does Zapier support 2-way syncing?

Zapier does not support 2-way syncing between apps right now.
Think of Zaps like 1-way workflows.
In certain scenarios, you can fake 2-way syncing by setting up 2 different Zaps that perform opposite actions.
For instance, you could have one Zap that creates a new spreadsheet row for every new contact created and another that creates a new contact for every new spreadsheet row.
Note
Be careful not to create a Zap Loop.
