  • Is there a time limit on the URL shortener feature, or will the shortened URL work indefinitely?

Just curious. Is there a time limit on the URL shortener feature? Meaning if I use it to shorten a URL, and that url is accessed a year from now, will it still work? Is there a 30,60,90 day limit on the URL or indefinitely?

Assuming the site is still live, the shortened URL will work indefinitely. 🙂

Hi @christina.d -- is there any way to set an expiration date for a shortened URL?

We are using them to shorten prefilled forms intended for single use. We don’t mind releasing them when now longer in use, and would actually prefer if the links expired within an hour to enhance our form data integrity.

You can use another URL shortener app that has more functionality and controls.
