We are trying streamline our open house process with getting accurate information from potential clients. Is there a feature that a client could text a number (ex 45888) to receive an automated text with information (or a link) about our team and our services, and in return we receive an accurate phone number from the potential client?

If you are trying to use a shortcode phone number, then you will need to use an app that supports shortcode phone numbers.

Great for 2FA, alerts, and marketing
Requires shortcode provisioning with Twilio
A shortcode phone number is a special type of phone number, usually 5 or 6 digits long, used primarily for sending and receiving SMS (text messages) and MMS (multimedia messages).
Used by businesses to send automated messages (e.g., alerts, promotions, 2FA codes).
Shorter than regular phone numbers, often easier to remember (e.g., 12345 or 678910).
Typically faster and higher throughput than regular long-code numbers.
Must be approved and registered with mobile carriers to operate legally.
Dedicated shortcode: One business uses it exclusively.
Shared shortcode (less common now): Multiple businesses share it using keywords.
