Hi :)

I’m running a wordpress/woocommerce shop, and I’ve an integration between woocommerce and my email marketing software (klaviyo) - this sends the basic information, but I also have custom fields that is send to klaviyo through zapier - this has been working (and still is).

But… I’ve now set up another zap will the below setup in zapier (basically, the tracking number is added to woocommerce when the external packing and shipping centre hands it over to gls - then the order status is changed from “processing” to “completed”). The tracking number is being transferred to klaviyo, but I’m uncertain whether it deletes the previous information the way I’ve set it up.

Do I / should I use a different “klaviyo event trigger” (e.g. “Update profile”)?

Hi @GripFixer

Zap action: Klaviyo - Create or Update Profile

Description: Create or Update a Profile and add it to a list you specify. Profiles are single or double opted in based on the list's settings.

It will create a new Klaviyo profile if one does not exist, otherwise it will update the existing Klaviyo profile.

Looks like you have a static value “tra” before the mapped variable.
