Is it possible to trigger an automatic email (to Groove) when a team member is tagged in an OpenPhone note on an existing call/message thread?

My small business is trying to find a way to notify team members when they are tagged in a note in OpenPhone. I’m only seeing triggers such as “new call”, “new message” etc. I know I can filter so that an email is sent when a new call or message contains a certain word/phrase, but that’s not exactly what we need, since the notes would be on messages or calls that already exist in the OpenPhone inbox. Is there any workaround for this? I’ve done some pretty thorough research and haven’t found a solution yet. Thank you so much!
