Just wanted to know possibility of removing required (required: true) validator only in the find and create step. That property should be required in the create new action, but not in the find and create

Sadly, no. That’s something app developers set when they create their Zapier integration.
It *usually* means they API call wouldn’t work without that field - but it could well be wrong in certain situations. If you find one where you think it is, reach out to Zapier support. You can open a ticket here: https://zapier.com/app/contact-us
