Is it possible to output a URL (in anchor format) in Google Sheet?

Hello guys, 

I’m trying to have a kind of output to my google sheet from Jira.

In detail i would like to transfer the name of my issue (es. MK-170) and at the same time I would it has the link to the issue. In other words the field “MK-170” should be a link (without the entire url displayed).

Someone have some suggest?
