Is it possible to obtain the API key used to connect Zapier to Freshdesk?

 

I’m looking to find the key within Zapier that was used to link Freshdesk.

Hey! I’m Justin and I write for the Zapier blog. Let’s see if we can figure this out together.

From what I know you shouldn’t need an API key to connect Zapier to Freshdesk—you should be able to just log in. Is there some documentation somewhere telling you otherwise?

I already linked Zapier to Freshdesk using an API key, and it’s been working well,

I wanted to find out if there is a way to find the API key that was used?

Hi @t-xper ,

While I’m afraid we can't supply you with any of our own API Keys, you can find the API key within Freshdesk under, "User Profile" drop-down (top right corner of your Freshdesk dashboard) > Profile Settings > Your API Key.
