Hi, I'm from in a real estate field and we do send listings to the clients from our email to the leads.. we do forward message manually and I just want to know if it is possible for Zapier to automate it?
Example
“Listings for Lead 1” - We will forward for Lead 1
“Listings for Lead 2” - We will forward for Lead 2

Hi! Zapier can certainly send emails automatically, but it needs to be triggered by an app that will have all the information to help tell which listings need to be sent to which leads to ensure this kind of workflow. From the explanation so far, I’m not sure how this process would go. Would you be able to expand a little more on how this would work, especially in respect to knowing which leads need to be emailed, and which listings should be emailed to them?
