When adding an Action, i don’t see the possibility of creating a Channel on the Respond.io contact (specifically Whatsapp channel)

You’re right, it doesn’t look like there’s currently an action to create a new channel in Respond.io. I had a quick look at Respond.io’s API documentation and couldn’t see any API endpoints there that would allow you to create the channel for a contact. So it looks like it’s not possible with the Respond.io API at the minute.

There aren’t any existing feature requests open for that type of action to be added so I’d recommend reaching out to our Support team about this. They’ll be able to submit a feature request to the app’s developers on your behalf so their team is made aware of the interest having that added! 🙂
