Hi everyone! 👋

I'm trying to add some restrictions to the Date Picker field in Zapier Interfaces form, but I can't find any options for this. Here's what I'm trying to achieve:

  1. Disable past dates (before the current date)
  2. Dynamically set the minimum selectable date
    - For some users: selectable from 3 days after today
    - For others: selectable from 5 days after today

Is there any way to implement these restrictions in the Date Picker field? Or are there any workarounds available?

Hi,
Zapier Interfaces does not natively support what you’re trying to achieve. 
 

If different user roles require different date restrictions, consider creating separate forms for each role. For example:

  • Form A: Minimum date = 3 days after today.

  • Form B: Minimum date = 5 days after today.

Use Zapier's Paths or Conditional Logic to direct users to the appropriate form based on their role.

I’d also recommend reaching out to the Interfaces Team here to submit a feature request to be able to add restrictions to Date Picker fields so they can work on getting that functionality added.
