Hi.

I already use zapier for new ticket tailor orders.

What I would like is to send an extra zap with a gmail titled say critical order ….. for any orders with a commencement date in trigger fields that occurs within the next 3 days.

i.e. Only trigger an email if an order is placed within 3 days of a TT event date to capture last minute orders.

 

 

i.e. if”created””<”Event start date””-””3”

So this is what I have done, and it works,

 

  • use formatter to compare dates
  • filter, select output in days
