Inquiry about detailed plans in Aesthetic Record EMR

Hi,

We are currently on the Professional plan, and I wanted to ask if it's possible to get more details in Aesthetics Records ERM with our current plan, or if we would need to upgrade to a higher-tier plan for that access.

Clarify if you are referring to your Zapier plan or your Aesthetic Record EMR plan.

Clarify what are the “more details” you are seeking by providing specific examples.

Thank you for your response.

To clarify, we are currently on the "Professional Plan", and under this plan, we are using Aesthetic Record EMR. With this plan (or any other plans available), we are able to access the following patient details: First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, Full Name, ID, and Created At.

However, we are seeking access to additional patient details beyond this information. Could you please let us know if it is possible to obtain these extra details under our current plan, or if we would need to consider an upgrade? For your reference, I’ve attached an image.

Hi @Medilight,

The plan you have in Zapier won't affect the data returned by the Aesthetic Record EMR. The ability to access the additional data you're looking for will depend on the Aesthetic Record EMR API.

Could you please let me know what specific data you are seeking from Aesthetic Record EMR?

I'll be keeping an eye out for your response!
