email issue with zapier

Hello, I have an odd issue. I can get zapiers blog emails but if I try to change my account email, I get no return email with link to change. more importantly, I have a company that has had zapier send info to get zaps started. they are not listed publicly on the site. they have to be granted by the company. the company rep has said, just wait for the email from zapier and then add the API key info.. but email never comes.. this is like the 3rd or 4th time I have reached out today and previously and I never get a response.. again, perhaps its because they reply by email and I get nothing.. not in spam either... please help. my cell is 858-344-6465 and can accept call or text.. not sure how else to get someone to help me. thank you!

When a new contact is created in Hubspot I have a zap that creates a Dynamics 365 Contact and Lead.When the LifeCycle in the Hubspot changes to Sales Qualified Lead I want to update the Dynamics 365 lead and assign the parent contact for the lead. (And in another scenario assign the Account)The help caption on the Parent Contact for lead field says the followingProvide the Parent Contact for lead ID, not the Name here. I think I know the answer to this, but thought I would ask here, please help!

I am want to use Zapier to create new cards and place them in the appropriate list when a new row is added to one of my Google Sheet tabs. So you understand my company, think of it as a magazine, my google sheet is updated daily by the people selling ads into the magazine.Tab1 - holds all the details for the current edition of the magazine. (I have successfully built a Zap to create a new board based on this input). Tab2 - holds all details for the advertisers who have purchased advertisements with my company. Each row is unique to the advertiser and contains a code connecting the advertiser to the project they have purchased. I want to create a new card and place it in the appropriate board under the correct list. I cannot get the lists to load because I cannot get my projects connected. When I go to choose the board to attach the new card, I am only given a list of the currently available boards - these obviously change, sometimes multiple times a day. I have tried to use the formatt

Delay For Question

Hello,I want my zap to wait 10 minutes before it does something however I need it to check the status of a data field and then run IF the condition matches. It doesn't seem to work that way. My question is this.Let's say I have a data field called "Stage" and the default value for this is "Lead". Zapier pulls the data in and then programed to wait 10 minutes before doing anything. After 10 minutes Zapier needs to check the value of "Stage" and see if it's STILL "Lead" or if it's anything else. The way my zap is setup is when "Stage" exactly matches "Lead" then proceed. If it does not match "Lead" then finish the zap. When I tested this it doesn't work and I'm curious if Zapier is taking the INITIAL data "Stage=Lead" and then finding it always true after 10 minutes OR should it be checking the feed AGAIN to see if the Stage=X and then proceed if it matches?Not sure if I'm m

Is there a way to insert an image into a Google Docs document when creating it by template?

Hey all. I have a zap set up to create a PDF version of a digital contract - and I'm using a Google Docs template to make it happen. Everything works great, except I need to insert an image of the captured digital signature... and I can't figure out how to insert a custom image into a Google Docs template.For those that aren't intimately familiar with personalizing a form with a Google Docs template, you create your document template with tags like {{FirstName}}, {{PhoneNumber}}, etc.  Then, in Zapier, those tags are identified and you can map data into the template in this manner.I am trying to figure out how to insert or embed an image into a Google template. I have the image hosted on my server so I'm looking to somehow insert it via URL. I could also use Google Drive to host the image... but I can't figure out how to insert an image by template.Is anyone aware of a way to insert an image when creating a doc from template in Zapier? Stripe -> Mailchimp

Hi, I'm new to Zapier and I have a question. I created a zap to automatically send a new client from Stripe on Mailchimp. All the data are up in my zap, on both Stripe and Mailchimp sides, and the test is conclusive (the client's email is up on Mailchimp in the test phase). So I activated the zap. The problem is that from now on, when I create a new client in Stripe, it doesn't automatically go back to Mailchimp, even though zap is enabled. It's only when I launch the zap manually that the data comes up well. How can I make it go up instantaneously without manual intervention on my part? Thank you in advance for your response.

Zap not triggering - Facebook leads to Mailchimp

Hi all,My Zap for Facebook leads from a specific form to send to Mailchimp with a group and two tags isn't running. I've followed Zapier's help guides for this and taken steps like ensuring Facebook and Zapier connection permissions, turned the Zap on/off etc but no luck... The sample data is pulling through and tests running correctly...This is only my second zap (the last was doing something totally different) so I wonder if there's something very obvious I've neglected... Does Zapier integration work with free Microsoft teams account?

I am unable to connect to MS teams. The App shows connected but when I hit "Test" button, it throws following error:DataPostError: Problem creating Connected Account Test. (authentication failed: Something went wrong with the authentication process. Please reconnect your account and try again.)I tried resetting everything and connecting again but faced same issue. I am the admin of this Teams account, which seems to be the only requirement from Zapier documentation.I am wondering if this is a issue with free account. Any suggestions?
