Teams SharePoint Excel update

Hello All,I’m having a hard time updating an Excel sheet located on a Teams Sharepoint.  I’m using the Excel > Add Row action but I’m having hard time locating the file.  I’ve noticed that the Sharepoint comes with a note: NOTE that this defaults to OneDrive. If Sharepoint is picked, subsequent folders that would be listed are ONLY folders in the default Sharepoint site. Other custom Sharepoint sites are currently not supported.Does this mean that Teams Sharepoints are custom?  If not, what would the first bit of the file path look like?  I’ve tried a few, like /teams/(team name)/General/ which seems to be the path when I select the file path through Sharepoint.If the Teams SharePoint is custom and I can’t use it directly in the update row, has anyone found a workaround?  Given how Teams and Sharepoint work together, I can’t imagine I’m the only one attempting to do this.Thanks! I’ve seen a similar post from Zappin but was unclear if this was the same issue they ran into.

Constant Contact / Google sheet: not pulling data

Hi I am trying to export Constant Contact’s list to Google sheet. Everything seemed smooth until I tried to load the data to google sheet, I could only see “Email”, “First name” and “Last name”. But all other extra data couldn’t be found and loaded. Please advise. Thank you so much for your time!

Hello,I successful created zap to update info from trigger Planfiks to google sheets.When i add/update info in Planfiks zappier add/update this info to sheets, but when i delete info from Planfiks, the info in sheets doesn’t disappear. How can i solve this issue?

Hi Zapier Community!I’m trying to get my Gmail to forward invoices & receipts to Receipts@expensify.com. I just want to set up a zap to have it forward the entire message as is. What I’ve tried:Creating a Zap using Gmail: New Email Matching Search in Gmail + Gmail:Send Email But when I got to the “Body (HTML Or Plain)” portion, there were a long list of items. I didn’t know what to check. I wanted the email with all the original header images and fonts but wasn't sure if I needed to tag everything listed. I went and searched the Expensify Community for help, they did not have the instructions I needed. I then went on to searched this Zapier Community and came across the same question. Although the question was solved, the OP indicated they already figured out 90% of the situation (but did not list what he did). Can I use Zapier to populate an email field on a third party site?

Hi, I plan to start running Facebook ‘Lead ads’ and want to be able to pass the email address to a third party site so that the user then only has to click submit (once they’ve been redirected to the third party site). As most of my Facebook ad traffic is mobile, I’m finding I’m losing a certain amount of leads because of the extra hassle physically entering their email using the phone.  Is this possible with Zapier and how would I go about it? Thanks in advance.(Btw, Lead Ads enable you to create a lead capture form which is pre-populated by Facebook with user name and email and can be integrated with Zapier and numerous CRMs)

I’m sure this is possible, but how is it/can it be done?

Hi, I am new to Zapier and perhaps this is easy-peasy.Is it possible to auto sort emails or excel spreadsheet data so that as emails/data auto sort? The scenario If it helps - please imagine people wanting a GROUP discussion (at least 2 people) on 1. a topic for 2.an age group on 3. a certain day of the week - and then linking them to a group of specialists, one of whom will be available to help (more likely more than one will be available to help, so there will need to be selection here. Either there is a selection process - first come first served? - or I have to select, or the group of people have to select the specialist. I am trying to solve the steps below first, but will need to solve this part as well. I’m sure it’s possible with automation, but ai don’t know how).I want to create a form/email, that has 3 different options or columns. Trying to create a zap between Microsoft Outlook and Excel but can't find the table in the drop down. How to fix this?

I’m just getting started on zapier and setting up my first zap but finding it a bit confusing. I’m sure this is just because I’m technologically challenged but could anyone help me figure this out? I can’t find the table (s) from the excel worksheet I’ve selected in the dropdown. How do I fix this?

If I am getting regular emails with photos, to and from consistent email addresses, can a Zap be made to move all of the attachments to CompanyCam?  If so, and the address is in the subject line of the email, would it be possible to put these attachments in an existing folder?

Hi, Is there any way to be able to create an email alert based off any updates to channels I’m sub’d to on YouTube? I have a Zap that will email if a single channel updates, which is working, but based on that I would need to create over 200 separate alerts where realistically I only need one to just watch the sub list. ThanksWayne.

Google Docs is Not Detecting My DOCSX When Using "New Document in Folder"

Hello, I am checking out Zapier and it has been awesome. Except for one thing: I am having trouble getting my docsx detected in Google Docs / Google Drive.  Here is my setup: I have a writer that sends me 20 to 50 pieces of articles everyday (in docsx format). The way we operate is that I send him an email with the topics for each article like: Topic 1Topic 2Topic 3Topic 50.. And then he sends me back an email with the 50 pieces of articles attached into the email. I then click “download all attachments” and go into my merry way into manually posting each articles on my website. After doing this for one month now, I am beginning to think that I don’t want to keep on doing this for the rest of my life. That’s why I looked for alternatives and found Zapier, and it really solves my problem since i can even make Google Docs communicate with my Wordpress site. But the thing is, my writer doesn’t write the articles directly into Google Docs. He uses Microsoft Word on his desktop and just att

MySql update by custom query and Views as tables

Hello, For a project I seem to be running into limitations with the MySql integration with Zapier. The first one is no having the option to run a custom query to update the database, because of that it takes about 10 steps to update my database instead of just one with the help of a stored procedure. I tried to use an update stored procedure with find row by a custom query but sadly it’s read-only. secondly, I would love to do the same things with views as we currently can do with tables, so things like updating and selecting can take fewer steps. Does anyone have tips?

I have  set up some simple zaps to post picture and caption to LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram based on a calendar in Airtable. Posts to LinkedIn and Instagram appear fine. Posts to Facebook (pages) truncate my picture and include a notation at the bottom DL.AIRTABLE.COM as shown in attached.Does anyone know how I can prevent this notation from appearing?Also, I can post the image file or the image URL. Both are picked up from Airtable by the Zapier trigger. If I post the URL, this Airtable notation displays. But if I post the file the same type of notation displays, but it references zapier instead of airtable. I don’t want either.

How to collect multiple images from Facebook Page post?

I’m trying to setup a zap to create new product in Shopify for each new facebook page post. It works well but I am unable to get the multiple images posted in the post to Shopify. Only the first image is getting captured. How do I point a URL to that post album or create an array of all images before posting to Shopify?

The title says it all, my friends. I’m curious if Zapier can read the home page of my website and take the latest forum post and import that post into my Discord. If this can be done, I’d like to do it with my blog articles as well.Once these integrations are accomplished, I can create a DIY video for my growing YouTube subscriber base that shows other gaming communities how this is done. Please Allow us to Change the 15 Second "Time Out" for zap to be longer!! I need almost 5 minutes

I have a am using Banner Bear to render marketing images and when I batch render more then 5 images at a time, it take too long to get the data back to Zapier before the zap Times Out. I need about 5 minutes for the API to process the images - please make it possable to change the “TIme Out” duration.Please Please do this - exporting the images in Batchs of 5 is not effective and still doens’t work 100% of the time!!!!
