Airtable form > Zapier > Listing on Webflow site (with multiple choice questions)

HI all, I’m hoping someone can help. I’ve created a signup form with Airtable and embedded it on my webflow site. I’ve added a zap so that when a new user signs up my CMS “listings” in webflow is automatically populated. What I can’t get to work are the two multiple choice fields for categories and cities. Can any help with this or is there a workaround? Thanks in advance Charlie

Update Contact - Zapier expected ")' or ','

I have a zap from mailchimp to dynamics CRM, which creates any new subscibers in our CRM database and a return zap with the GUID for the contact. All ok so far!However, when I try to use the GUID to identify and update that CRM record later, I get an error that says zapier expected to find “)’ or ‘,’ in the contacts GUID. Can anyone shed any light on why I am encoutering this issue and what I can do to fix it please? Many thanks, Kerry

Hello - Just wondered if anyone could tell me why when adding a meeting to google calendar of say, 1 hour, it will appear in Streamtime as an 8 hour meeting (essentially the full day of a staff member). Am I doing something wrong?

Zap triggering when it shouldn't

Thrivecart -> zapier issues. Ready to tear my hair out! Help please?! 🤯Im an online course/digital product owner and I use Podia as my course platform, thrivecart as my cart platform and zapier to link the two.I experienced a weird glitch where a zap wasn't triggering but then I duplicated the product in thrivecart and that seemed to work fine. Was odd but hoped it was a one-off. Made me think it was a thrivecart issue rather than a zap problem as the zap text was always working fine. But wasnt 100% sure which was the culprit.But now ANY new product I create is adding people to my affiliate course even if it's not even a bump or upsell option. It's only affecting new products so, for example, I tried it on an older product and it worked fine. I duplicated that old product and the problem happened again even though settings are identical / same zap trigger etc.Thrivecart are insisting its zapier but its tricky to have a proper conversation with them as they are 11 hours ahead in New

Hi. I am trying to populate custom fields in my invoices whilst creating a new invoice upon booking in an appointment using Acuity. However although I can pull through custom fields information into the Contact Details - there seems to be no way of filling them in invoices. Any ideas?

Trying to: read RSS feed from a website/blog, and only post one item automatically to a social media page, daily

I have tried this with posting from RSS directly to a Facebook page, as well as from RSS to a social media scheduling app (Hootsuite or Buffer); in both cases, the Zap works, but it floods itself with every single new RSS item it finds, which in turn floods my social media page.Is there a way to tell Zapier RSS, "only retrieve one item from this feed"? The goal I am trying to reach is that my Zap takes RSS as an input, and posts only the latest RSS item to social media, once daily.

Thank you in advance for any help with this. I am able to copy existing zaps with SendGrid as a node, but I’m not able to create a new SendGrid node in any of my Zaps as it does not show on the list of available applications, please help.

Hi,Can an AutoPilot email be triggered based on the date a contact selects for an “event” (ie, a demo they’ve scheduled based on their availability)? Specifically, I’d like to schedule an email to go out the day before their scheduled demo to remind them that the demo is happening, and I’d like to include in the email copy a reminder of the date and time they’ve requested for said demo. Thanks!

Google Sheets - Adding new rows

I have a zap that adds a new row to a Google Sheet from a webhook. I expect to be dealing with a large amount of data.I presume that when there are no new rows left on the sheet (currently around 3000), the zap will add new rows. Can anyone confirm this is how the zap will act? How many new (blank, not from webhook data) rows will the zap add to a sheet at a time?

How can you search for a cell using both the column AND row values? Or is there a different way to go about this?

I am trying to take in a specific time and date (from a google calendar event ) and search for a cell value in a google sheet (in which rows = hours and columns = day of the week). I have spent so long formatting the data so that I know which row and column to search depending on the date given in the Google calendar event … Only to realize I cannot search for a specific date using both the row and columns (with search, you can do a custom search on columns but not for rows. With update, it’s the other way around).  Basically, what I am asking is...Does anyone have the solution? I beg!

Unable to post to Instagram from ContentStudio. Followed the Youtube video but fails when asked to a test. Any suggestions?

Hi, I have just bought in to ContentStudio which pushes out social media posts to all platforms. Twitter and Facebook seem to work flawlessly.  However, to get Contentstudio to push posts out to Instagram, you have to install Zapier.  There is a very good Youtube video which takes you through all the steps and everything seems fine until it asks to run a test.  At this point, the software does not work, the set up fails to complete and I am left still having to post to Instagram manually.  Has anybody else had similar problems and can offer some guidance?

Sugar CRM Keeps Disconnecting from Zapier

Hi, We use Zapier to connect FB LEADS to SUGAR CRM,  but now more often than before. the Zapier - Sugar CRM keeps disconnecting every 6 - 10 leads. (zaps).  It’s becoming a real problem since we are currently running Fb Lead Campaign and we are getting 3000 leads a month, Because of this we need a Full time employee reconnecting this Zaps every  few.¿Does Sugar and Zapier Get along? ¿ Does Anyone know why this happens, or how to fix it?

Find and replace in airtable

I tried using the find and replace option but it didnt work. Is there another option to remove single dashes from airtable fields and leave them empty? I paste in info from another source and anything there that doesnt have data has a dash. Its time consuming to go back and delete them all. Theres 11 or 12 fields that regularly have this issue.

Connecting Multiple Google Sheets to one ZAP

Hello, I was wondering is there is a way to connect one ZAP to numerous google sheets and populate the data in to a single Smartsheet table I use G forms to generate documents. The data entered into the G form is populated into the document, and is also stored in a google sheet. Each document has the same dynamic fields such as project name, vendor name, address, email, but different static template info such as unique contract details. Each time a new project is created, we create new project acknowledgments and need to get contacts signed. We would like to create an aggregated list of all Acknowledgements created
