Sending Airtable information with Gmail : Selected Gmail fields below contain placeholders that are no longer available.

Hello, I try to send airtable information with a gmail account. When i created the zap. No issue. when i try to send a test, it works very well  In my mail box, the email is OK ! et then i switch “on” the zap and i try to trigger it by adding data to the airtable view, nothing happened. et a few minutes later i got this   et the email body become red when i put airtable data inside.  I tried to change the gmail account i use to send emails. Same issue. Is it a API issue ? Regards.

Hi,i have an ad on Facebook with the name CFBLMOngoing. I consumed all the zaps and hence new leads went on hold with zapier. I upgraded the account by making the payment. Still the leads are missing. I have spent approx 5000 rs for these leads. Kindly help.Moreover through an email zapier stated that, We noticed that you reached the 2000 Tasks limit on your Zapier plan. To make sure we don't miss any of your Tasks, we're holding them.Nothing to worry about, though: you won’t lose your data from these held Tasks if you play them within the next 30 daysThese are important as we have an event tomorrow for these leads.Thanks,Samriti

Smartsheet attachment not showin in MeisterTask

Hello, i have problem with Smartsheet and MeisterTask integration trough Zapier, for some reason whenever i add new row in Smartsheet and fill with all information and attach file to that row i don’t received that file attachment in new task created in MeisterTask, all i see are information from Smartsheet cells. How can I correctly format the output coming to Mango Apps from Google forms?

When taking selected columns from Google Forms into Mango Apps and creating a post all of the selected fields are being merged into one large paragraph with HTML formatting on it. I noticed the “Send Data” output from Forms is perfectly set but once it’s received by Mango they are all merged into the paragraph with the output even containing the HTML tags <p> </p>. Is there a way to filter the final output from Mango or is that a separate ZAP in itself?

Transfer Dropbox FOLDER to Google Drive

I see that is quite straightforward to transfer a Dropbox FILE to Google Drive. But my video editor sends me a weekly folder which holds sub-folders for each day of the week and each of those holds separate folders for different file types including videos. I want to copy that weekly folder to Google Drive for backup purposes. We use G Suite Business. There doesn’t appear to be a straightforward way to upload an entire FOLDER to Google Drive using Zapier. Does anyone have experience with creating a clever solution for sending entire folders to Google Drive using Zapier? Thank you!

Email signature field not displayed out Outlook email

When I use Gmail there is a field to use a templated signature, but there isn’t one for Outlook. Am I missing something?? Or do I need to save the screenshot of a signature, then add it as an attachment, and then insert the image of the signature?

Zap Keeps Turing OFF

I have a Zap, it is 12 steps and uses the paths at the end. This zap works great and does exactly what I want it to do. The problem is that about once a week it will turn itself off. It keeps thinking there is a problem, there is not. when it is on, its works great. How do I tell it that there is no problem and to stop turning itself off?

My ad is collecting name and numbers. Agile requires emails so I used the formatter tool to by pass not having the email but now with creating new contacts. Now I’m getting duplicate contact email error. How can I fix this?

Create Attachment in Jobnimbus from JotForm

Hi there,I am having trouble setting up a zap from Jotform to JobNimbus.My goal is once a Jotform form is submitted it triggers an attachment to be sent to JobNimbus. Upon setting up the action under “Customize attachment” > “File”I am not given any choices for 1. File or 1. Attachment therefore I am unable to insert an action for the file/attachment to come across into JobNimbus.I have also tried copying and pasting the public URL with no luck.All I get is “File extension required”Can someone please assist me on this one? Is there a way to manually add a file extension in the set up for automation of the attachment being sent across every time a form is submitted?

Why Do Apps Sometimes Randomly Disconnect? E.g. Google Sheets

We have been using Zapier for the past year now and have about 100 zaps defined using about 20 different apps. In that time, I have had to reconnect a variety of apps about a dozen times. The Google apps tend to be the biggest culprits.For no reason and out of the blue, I will get an email message from Zapier saying that I have to reconnect an app. Reconnection is pretty simple and has never been an issue, but it raises concerns about zap reliability. If I somehow missed the email message from Zapier, or it is routed to spam by mistake, or I am out of the office for a few days with no connection, we could have a situation where an app disconnects and critical business zaps stop working.Why do apps randomly disconnect at all?And how can I automate the process of reconnecting them again to avoid interruption of zap processes?

Hello fellow Zapers (Zappers?),I’m very new to Zapier. Love it so far, but a little challenged, esp w/ a new zap request.So please forgive this long(ish) post.I have a website redesign client who **never** checks email. Despite my insistence that my protocol and workflow supports email and phone support only, I’ve broken protocol and agreed to send her a screenshot whenever I have an update to any of the redesign phases for her review.  Currently, I’m doing this manually:1. Create and send the emailI use Google Apps, but normally send email via Apple Mail w/ Google Apps account as primary. My account automatically bcc’s me.2. Take a screenshot of the email via Cloudapp3. Copy the CloudApp link.3. Manually text her the Cloudapp link.I’m on a Mac, so it’s “easy enough,” but I’m trying to simplify my workflow as much as possible.Thus, I would love to have an automated Zap to streamline this process.I first looked at GetScreenshot and thought I could use this, and then add another Zap step

Hi,I have set up so many zaps and this is the first time this has happened.  Zapier is not pulling product info from Thrivecart.  They are set up correctly and I had them double checked by an outside source.  I do this all the time.  I have no idea why this isn’t working- please help! Thank you

Google list / reminder to Google Tasks

I am trying to integrate Google lists / reminders to Google Tasks so that I can add tasks via voice through Google assistant. The voice command: Add task to my to-do list -  will add it to the Lists In Google Assistant. But I want the tasks in Google Tasks so I can manage them through the Google Tasks app. I managed to create a zapp that created a new task but it was a generic task - couldn’t work out how to specific a unique task description  e.g. Hey Google, add a task to my to-do list OK - what task would you like to add?  Water the plants.  (It created a task but i could’t specify the ‘water the plants’.  The other way around I thought could work would be to automatically copy any items on the List to Tasks. But I can’t figure out how to do that either! Any help appreciated :)

Can Google Assistant read out a status?

I would like to do something like;“OK Google, what’s my next task?”. And have it pull the next task from my todo list and read it out. At the moment, I have it being able to add a task - but I can’t get it to read anything out. It doesn’t have to be fancy, just a simple call and response. Am I missing something, or is this not possible at the moment (bonus internet points if it can display something on a Google Nest screen). Thanks (love your work)

Connected Anydo and PomoDoneApp

I am trying to connect Anydo and PomoDoneApp, and I’m having some trouble with 404 errors and then supposedly successful tests that don’t actually do anything. I have been able to create a task in Anydo and then automatically create a task in PomoDoneApp, but updating the Anydo task just doesn’t want to happen. When I finish a task, switching it to “Done,” in PomoDoneApp, I want the task with the same name in AnyDo to be marked as “Done.” Even when I include the search function -- finding the Anydo Task with the same name as the PomoDoneApp Task, which seems unnecessary -- it won’t go through, usually with 404 errors. Sometimes Zapier will say that the zap is successful when I test it, but the Anydo Task isn’t ever updated. Does anyone have any suggestions?

How To Limit A Zap For A Set Time/Unit After It Triggers Once (RingCentral Text - Asana Tasks)

Hello Peeps,I would be so appreciative if you can provide some assistance with this...I have a zap that triggers when my RingCentral VOIP system receives a New Voicemail. The new VM will connect with Asana Project Management via Zapier and Add a New Task to a specific Asana project that funnels all of my administrative communications into a single hub. New RingCentral VM - Zapier - New Asana Task.I want to do the same thing with RingCentral Text messages. However, since that would mean that EVERY text would result in a new task instead of just one new task for one conversation that can result in an Asana task overload unnecessarily. (For example, if a client sends multiple texts in a row for one request then each individual text turns into a new Asana task even though only one task is needed.)I would like to set a new zap with the following conditions: New RingCentral Text Message -Zapier - Asana New Task - THEN No additional Asana New Tasks for 10 minutes EVEN IF there are new RingCen

Filtering Twitter Search by Language?

Is there a way to filter the twitter search trigger to only return only tweets written in a particular language (i.e. English)? Language is listed as an Additional Parameter available via the Twitter API, however, I was wondering if it’s possible to invoke this language filter via the standard Zapier Twitter Search Trigger. Line Breaks in HTML

Hi,I’m trying to automate emails based on Typeform responses, however all the line breaks that a respondent uses is lost when I send the response as an HTML email.  E.g. if someone inputs:-Summary 1-Summary 2The HTML output becomes, “-Summary 1 -Summary 2” all in one line and the line break is lost.  Does someone know how to fix this? Slack Channel Not Found - Request to send multi-user DMs

Hey, I’ve set up a zap from airtable to slack. People can tag users on a form and it sends them a slack DM to let them know. But I’m getting intermittent errors and I’m struggling to troubleshoot the problem.    I get the message “channnel_not_found” when trying to send some message. I have the zap pointing to a field containing the UserID number rather than screen name. I have tried doing it as a plain text: UC9FHFWH4 or with the brackets as suggested in some support articles <@UC9FHFWH4> And this doesn’t improve the success rate.  I’ve double checked all the IDs to ensure they’re correct.  So far there are two common factors between the messages that fail, one is a common user that is tagged and the other is that more than 2 people are tagged in those messages. Any thoughts? Could there be something funny about this userID (I have checked it against his profile), does this zap just not work with more than 2 people tagged?  Is there anyway of finding out which channel in par
