Hi everyone, This might be a dumb question with an easy answer but here goes: My company has switched over to Hubspot as our first CRM provider. It currently sync with all of our Shopify data. However, We use a Shopify app, Recharge, for our monthly billing as we are a subscription service Recharge is not able to relay the length of the subscription term OR how much of the term is left each billing cycle Recharge does not sync directly with Hubspot Is there a proper Zap to enable Recharge to relay the subscription term over to Hubspot? And if so, is it possible to also show how much term is left in the subscription after each billing cycle? Example: Customer A signs up for 6 months. All of their customer info in Shopify automatically syncs as a new contact record in Hubspot except for the info about their subscription term (6 months). When Recharge bills Customer A, it shows up in the “Deals” section in their Hubspot contact record. This is where we’d like it to show “Deal #0000
Howdy, I am attempting to sync a company from Hubspot to Zendesk. I’ve setup the connection into both apps and verified they are successful. I have admin permissions on both. The sync is pretty straight forward: When a new company in Hubspot has its Lifecycle field is set to Customer Zapier should create the company in Zendesk and copy over the fields I’ve specified. My problem is when the zap runs it doesn’t copy anything over since none of the fields match the filter. It appears what’s happening is zapier is expecting a “new” account to already have the Lifecycle field to be filled in when it’s created. I can’t figure out what zapier thinks is a new account. I want to avoid copying over every company in Hubspot to Zendesk. I only want companies that have been won as a new customer. Some screenshots to show what is happening have been attached. Any thoughts on why Zapier isn’t working?
Hi Guys Does anyone know, if it’s possible to combine/join data from two difference tables directly through Zapier? Or will it require that I create a custom table in my database, where I combine the tables and make the reqeust to that? So the case are this: I’m running a “3 offer” platform When a new task is created (in table A “Tasks”) I make a Zapp to slack When a task receives a new offer/bid (in table B “Bids”), I make a Zapp to slack I would like to create a thread pr task and each bid recieved as replies to the related task thread, is it possbile? After years of ‘thinking’ about using zaps, finally trying to give it go. I have connected CLUST to Zapier with the API The two connect, and I can pull in test data. But the test data is not the fields on the form the client has completed, but rather information about the form. eg. the form owner, the due date on it, etc. I want to see the fields the client filled in on the Clust form. I see them referenced but only in a big long string. Then I wanted to use the form fields to complete a DocuSign template I have… saying ok, form Clust take the phone number an put it on DocuSign Template 123 the phone number field. However, I can’t seem to see the fields of a DocuSign template being available. In the end all I am really trying to do is have client fill in a Clust Form, and when its submitted, have it sent to docusign for it to go out for signing. What am I not understanding here? Thanks.
Hi, I have created a zap using Gmail and Airtable. The email gets sent to my print vendor and is triggered from a view in Airtable that is named “Send To Print”. Most orders have 1 item that is going to print, but some have items that we call “Add Ons”. They basically accompany the primary print piece. My question is: Can I customize the email template, so that it will list “Add On” items, only if there are any? If not, the entire section (outlined in red below) would be left out of the email. Or, only the item that had a quantity filled in, would be sent in the email. I’ve attached screenshots of the email, the zap as it currently is, and a record in Airtable. I hope this makes sense. I have a form, via WPForms, that works for the most part. All data from form comes into Zapier correctly. It’s supposed to push data to a Zendesk ticket. Which it does for all data except “Dropdown”, “Multiple Choices”, or “Checkboxes”. I just cant get it to post the data for these fields with choices. I try and select Advanced Options, and select the data, but it doesn’t save. Have others run into this issue?
Hello, I have a free plan. I made two zaps with a catch hook with zapier and send to sendinblue, but I cannot turn them to online, zapier tell me that I have to get the premium plan to do it. It’s weird, because one of my co-worker has five zaps with the same flow and it works with the free plan. Why my zaps doesn’t work with the free plan? Thank you very much for your help.
I am trying to build a zap where the customer gets an email when a purchase in made I have stripe integrated with squarespace when the data comes in the only place/field I see the email address for stripe data is under the description and it shows “charge for firstname.lastname@example.org” it is weird because there is a field for “reciept email” and “billing details email” but that data is not coming through any thoughts?

Hello, I've been trying to link my 10 to 8 to my Mailchimp account with Zapier. I was trying to create a Zap so that when a client books a specific booking they are added to my campaign on mailchimp.. Unfortunately when I was on Zapier it didn't give me the option to select which booking I want to make the Zap with and link the campaign to.. Is there a way for me to link specific bookings to a campaign.?

Hello! I’m trying to design a workflow to organize a lottery for my kids’ school, 100% online in this weird period. I’m having troubles with my workflow - maybe someone can help. It’s my first experiment with Zapier, so there are optimization potential I’m sure :-) Step 1: It start with a list of kids, each with a kid ID - and an Airtable form in which the kid ID is pre-populated from a “prefill” parameter in the URL. This URL is a personalized URL that each kid can send to their relatives asking them to buy tickets and help them win a “best ticker seller” contest. The form creates an entry in an Airtable Transactions table, that has a Transaction ID (the record ID for this row in the Transactions table), and stores the kids ID, the client’s (the one that buys the ticket) name and email address, and the number of tickets desired. Step 2: A first Zap watches this Transactions table. When a new record is created, an email is sent to the client, sending them to a dedicated wordpress page,
Hi, I would like to extract contacts from my webinar landing page in Click Funnels and add them to a list and attach a tag to the contacts which I then want to add to ActiveCampaign. Click Funnels will not allow me to do this as I have integrated the webinar page to Gotowebinar and cannot integrate with ActiveCampaign. What is the workaround for this? Thanks
We are currently using hubspot and slack, thinking of replacing slack with Microsoft teams. In slack we link this to our Hubspot account and when we have a new question from the bot from our homepage this will come through as a new channel in slack. Is there a way that we can have something similar for in Microsoft teams? Thanks
Hi guys, I am trying to use Zapier to convert the response from a SurveyMonkey form into a word template, essentially creating a new formatted word document for every response. I am a paying member of SurveyMonkey and we use the Office 365 environment for Word documents. Do you know if this is at all possible, or do I need to go through some 3rd party application to make this connection, and if so, what application would you recommend? Thank you in advance!
Hello everyone, I am a fresh new user of Zapier, I thought I would check the free plan first before purchasing a paid service version of Zapier, I was trying to get Zapier to post from Pages to Groups on my behalf on Facebook account, I was in the process of adding the groups. But I couldn’t add except only 1 group and nothing more was allowed. Also, I am getting always a message stating that the added account has expired, when I try to press reconnect it fails always, i have no clue what’s going on, please help. SHRIEF
