I have one Zap that has 1 Trigger step, 1 Filter, and and 1 Completion Step. The Zap pulls contacts from a Google Sheet, Filters out those missing emails, and adds them to Convert Kit. We add 50-100 people to the sheet each month. Only 1/3 of them pass the filter. Every month it says we exceed our 750 Task limit. How on earth is good math?!
We have 2 Wufoo forms that allow users to complete a survey (AM/PM), which is zapped to Zoho. If they wish to make an entry for a previous day, they can do so. However, on the AM survey, Zapier changes the date to 01/01 (the year is left unchanged). I’ve verified this by examining the input and output of the zaps in question. Everything works fine on the other (PM) survey, or if they are not filling the survey for a previous date. I’m pretty new to this and didn’t create the Zaps. Any idea what could be happening or where to look?
Hello everyone! I was curious if manually deleting a customer in Stripe will trigger the same action as a customer cancelling their subscription. The Stripe Zap clearly states *Triggers when a subscription is canceled (by a subscriber or due to end of billing period).* So, I was curious if the cancellation has to be done by the customer or if admin deletion will fire the Zap. Hi could you clarify what Zaps is just so I know if i upgrade 20 will be enough. I had only one running on the free version. but says i have no zaps, it zap meaning every time I've triggered it to try and go off, I only set up for PayPal and mail chimp and it didn't work. So is it how many times it triggered and zapped or is it like payola and mail chimp is one zap and them many chat and course craft another zap? Thank you.
I’m trying to create an integration where adding a specific Intercom tag (“support_ticket”) to an Intercom conversation will trigger the creation of a story in Pivotal. However, I’m not seeing a way to specify the tag name in Zapier. In the Find Data samples, the Zap seems to be pulling in the latest Intercom conversations regardless of whether the conversations have tags or not, but it’s saying it found “Tag A”, “Tag B”, and “Tag C”, tags which don’t exist as tags in our Intercom account and which have not been added to the sample conversations presented. Is it possible to specify the tag name in Zapier and create this Zap so that a Pivotal story is created only when the tag “support_ticket” is applied to a conversation?
Hey, guys! I don't what I can do! I'm make a zapier with a webhook for a googlesheet, but zapier is make a double line in my sheet and every single person is changed two credits. That screenshot is count 12 zapier, when in reality is just 6 zapier! Do you guys know what could be happening? Thanks!
I’m trying to set up an integration from Mailchimp to the Copper CRM. Our Mailchimp is organized with one master Audience and then several Groups (also referred to as “interests” in some Mailchimp docs). I would like to trigger different parameters in the integration depending on the Group(s) that the user belongs to. For example: we have a Mailchimp Group for customers, and another for our blog subscribers. When syncing users from Mailchimp to Copper, I would like to assign users in the “customers” Group with the Copper “type” field as = “customer”, while assigning users in the “blog” Group to the Copper type = “blog subscriber”. It appears that with the current Mailchimp—>Copper integration, I can only select Mailchimp users based on Audience, and not Group. Is this true? Is there any workaround for this problem? Thanks!

Hello everyone, I have created an integration with an API service which returns a .zip file in unspecified format ( e.g. https://server.com/file/SAJFUU84892309809UDFOIJOSDIF90834 I need to attach this file into Gmail attachment and indeed it gets attached and sent correctly. But because the filename is without an extension, the user cannot know it is a zip file and he needs to download the attachment, rename it to something.zip to fix it. And obviously that’s not a solution. So what I need is to specify a custom filename in the Gmail attachment when I also specify the attachment url https://server.com/file/SAJFUU84892309809UDFOIJOSDIF90834, is this possible ? I don’t have control on how the url will come, I don’t want to upload to another place and then fetch back.
Whew… 3 days of trouble shooting, still can’t get this figured out. But I have at least isolated the problem after rebuilding the CMS and forms a good handful of times. In Webflow I have a form that uses a variety of text inputs, file uploads, and dropdown selections (simple Yes/No options). Turns out using the dropdown in forms causes an error 400 when testing. Has anyone successfully solved this? Seems silly this is the issue… I have tried playing with the values and name of the dropdown element, but this appears to be “above my pay grade” Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks all.
Hi, I’m trying to update a live collection item within webflow via airtable. I have used zapier to create a new a new live item every time a new record is created in airtable. I then find this record using the airtable record ID, which I store within the cms Item. Here I’m trying to only alter the ‘fat’ column. This is specifically for the final row. Originally the figure was 100, but I have changed it to 70 and want this to update in the webflow cms Item Here is the cms item created. After creating the cms item, I find the airtable row again Here is where I’m receiving the errorThen using a PATCH webhook, I want to update specific parameters that are changed within airtable, however I’m running into a validation error. Does anyone have an idea as to why? Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
I have a google sheet that I use to record all the edited images I edit for a client. Column A - on my sheet - is the image name and looks like. G9466-02.jpg G9466.jpg G10102-02.jpg G11076-02-2.jpg The client shares their google sheet with me and their column A ( Stock Number) looks like this G9466 R8799 G10102 G11076 What I need the Zap to do is when I update my Column A each day with the completed work, that it goes to their sheet’s “Stock Numbers- column A” look to see if anything on my list matches anything on any of their sheets’ column A ( they have multiple sheet in the workbook ( do I need a zap for each sheet?) Then I want it to place a X in the row of that item in the “edited” column F. Hello, Apologies, in advance, if this is in the community forum. I could not find it. I’m using the free service, and trying to set up my Zap from Gmail to Asana. Using a filter in Gmail to create my Gmail Label (an email from a specific sender with a specific subject line) I want that ONE single email (1st occurrence) to create a task in Asana. And I believe I made it work. The problem is that it appears that each email reply that happens in that string, it will create a new Zap due to having the same label...and hence a repeat task in Asana. How do I tell the zap (or Gmail) to ignore the replies AND/OR only take the 1st occurrence? Many thanks for your help! Sam
I’m still running into issues with two Zaps that previously worked no longer working. -Creating a Clickup task when a Dubsado form completed -Creating a Clickup task when a Dubsado payment is made. It had been working smoothly for several months, and then at the beginning of March, it stopped working—despite forms being completed and payments being made. I reset the zaps and it seemed to work again momentarily (maybe a day or two), but isn’t anymore 😩. Any advice?
When creating a zapier trigger on the creation of a new meeting, the testing data has the password encoded on the URL in the zoom_url parameter. It all works fine while building the zap But when the zap is live and you create a meeting, the password is missing from the URL in the data the zap collects. It’s just the base URL. I assume the password is somehow added after the record is inserted, so the trigger is firing before the password is created. Can you fire the zap AFTER the password is appended? We can’t use zap to pass the info via our system if we can’t get the encoded password into our system.
HI all. Very new to Zapier and love it. I have a step I would like to include in a current zap. The current zap originates from Pipedrive and creates a task/subtask list in Asana, and then creates folders in google drive. I have a file that is a template file in a folder in google drive, and I would like to take a copy of that file, rename it to the address id I use in the earlier step of the zap and copy it to the newly create folder. I am having trouble trying to understand what to do. Anyone done this before? or have any idea on what I should be doing to get this to work right? My current actions /google drive/copy file/select account in google/ Then it comes up with customize file, and the file to copy, but it won’t let me drill down into the folder that the file is in… /root/inspyre home design/templates/file.xlsx any help would be great
