unable to get names of user who posted on Facebook Group Page

I’ve setup a Zap to get the name of the user who posted on our Facebook Group Page to Asana as part of the Task Title but I’m getting a No data result for the Zap.I’ve checked with the Zap Data In and there seems to be a value being sent by Facebook but not the one that I was looking for.Is there something I’m missing here or is it not possible to pull the name of the user who posted on our Facebook Group?

Integration Evernote-Mural and updates

Hello,I’m trying to create a whiteboard in MURAL based on ideas that I write down in EVERNOTE.It’s cool enough that the integration helps me create a new sticky in Mural for every note in Evernote (in a specific notebook).However if I move or copy a note into that specific notebook, it looks like it is not detected as a new note and the zap won’t create a new sticky: does anyone have an idea? There are more than 30 notes involved at this stage, and if that trial goes well I’d use that integration for several hundred notes.Thanks for your feedback.Lorraine

Re: automatically load URL to an image file in a google docs

Hey, My first post but have looked a lot and could not really find a workflow that fits the needs.I set up glide app which enables an image file to be uploaded. This uploads to URLhttps://storage.googleapis.com/glide-prod.appspot.com/uploadsThis URL is saved in the spreadsheet.I wanted to set up a trigger event that when the spreadsheet row changes a google doc is created. based on a template. This works fine, however in the google doc it only loads the URL. I wanted to embed the image automatically. This is however not really an action that can be choosen in Zapier. Does anyone kno a workaround?

Hello Goodnight. I have a question, I am using the FORMATER but I am not managing to do something. I have numbers from 1 to 4. I want each zapier to increase the number. If the previous one was 1, the next zapier, it will be 2. Until it reaches 4. Then it returns to 1 again. How could I do it? :) Thank you

Facebook/Microsoft Dynamics 365 Custom Fields on Lead form not syncing

We have two custom fields on the Dynamics 365 leads form - Programme and Campus.  We have added this onto our Facebook Leads form but it doesn't like the mapping/ Sync.  Looks like Zapier might have trouble handling this at present.  Is there a workaround for this, if so, can someone send a screenshot?  I have already sent Zaps through using the standard Leads fields in CRM and that works but not the custom ones (Lead does not appear when you add the custom fields).  It looks like its a GUID issue (CRM defines the fields as GUID’s and I think Zapier cannot match on this.

Salesforce Line Items to Quickbooks Online

We’re trying to build an integration that takes two custom objects (invoice & invoice line items) in SF and creates an Invoice & Line items in Quickbooks. I’m really struggling to figure out how to take all of the line items fro Salesforce and create them in Quickbooks. Everything I’ve read points to the Line Itemizer utility but it’s only creating a single line item in Quickbooks.

I’m using the “Find or Create” action for Clubhouse.  The search returns 0 results, but the response also indicates that something was found, so it doesn’t create a ticket as intended.  Screenshot from Zap history below:

why zapier shows stopped error on conditional runs

Hi,I am using Conditional run option for a zap where i am adding data in google sheet and based on product name the data is passing in other softwares like sms, email nurturing etc. the process of conductional run is that either of 1 process with run and other will stop.I am getting Zap is auto changed to off mode whenever i add more than 5 rows in google sheets, can zapier handle addition of more than 5 records in sheet?How i can solve this issue?

More powerful Zap Sharing is needed | currently Zap sharing is too limited

In my work I often need to share a a working zap with other people , customers.the current sharing abilities are insufficient by far.  First all Zap with Paths or custom built code cannot be shared and this is super time wasting and also problematic.  Second some times when we use Get/pull command or customer code we want to port the full configuration in the sharing process and we do not want to re-edit each element of the zap. We should be able to decide whether not to share the zap config in addition to sharing the Zap skeleton.Please add this capabilities

ActiveCampaign Find Contact step not returning all fields

Hey guys, The step “Find contact” from ActiveCampaign is only returning about 14 ish fields, we have definitely more than 14. And 99% of those fields are regular text fields.  Does someone else have this issue too? It’s frustrating because I literally need 1 more field but the API isn’t pulling all of them in. Thanks!

Hey everybody!I’m new to Zapier and having trouble to connect Teamleader with OneDrive. I wand OneDrive to create a new folder when a deal is accepted. It turns out fine, if the folder name is eg the deal-name. But my deal has got a custom field with a project number. Zapier can’t read this custom field and I don’t know how I can make this work.. Maybe you have any suggestions :)

Distribute Wix Leads via email in a round robin to sales people

Hi,  I currently am receiving leads from my wix website and forwarding the leads manually to one sales person at a time in a sort of round robin fashion. As the leads increase it is becoming overwhelming. I a curious if there is a way to have the emails automatically redirected to a list of emails using zapier.  (A few specifics about the way my site is set up: (1) I am creating new forms all the time, but all forms come to the same inbox, which is why I think that having them redistributed from the email stage is the best option. (2) It would be great if there is a way to edit the email list based on which sales people are there that day etc.) Thank you!

Constant Contact will not Find/Create or Update Contact

We are trying to complete an automation using Constant Contact that will Find or Create and then Update a contact in Constant Contact. However Constant Contact will not even complete a test on a Find Step and will not create a duplicate contact or will it allow us to update a contact that we know is in Constant Contact. When we do get an error we are getting a "Problem creating Sample Error" "While requesting "dev\_method" from Constant Contact we ran into an error: The app returned "No matching resource was found for the supplied URL."." Not sure what is going on because this is a critical part of the automation as we want to add either new or existing “Contacts” to specific lists  and are not sure if these contacts are new or just need to be updated.

How to run a zap and avoid loops

Hello, I already solved the problem to avoid loops with a Zap by adding a certain value within the last step of a Zap (I added a filter that looks for this value, if it exists it would stop running the Zap). It is described here:  But now I do have an “advanced” version of this problem. I have to connect two apps (Zoho CRM and a invoicing tool) and I need to sync all contact/address updates from Zoho CRM to the invoicing tool. The workflow looks like this at the moment: 01-Updated contact in Zoho CRM (Trigger) → 02-Find contact in Invoicing Tool → 03-Update contact in Invoicing Tool → 04-Update contact in Zoho CRM again (it adds some contact information back from the invoicing tool to certain fields in Zoho CRM to be sure/compare all address fields have been updated correct in the invoiceing tool) → Stop ZapThe big problem is that Step 04 would re-trigger the complete Zap and it would end in a loop by starting with step 01 etc.  So I was looking for a method to add a certain value like

New To Zapier, How to hook Outlook "email received" to REST Service?

I have a client who wants to have Outlook send email content when an email is received to her database. I think one way to do that would be to hook Zapier into Outlook (I don’t know how to do this part yet) and have Outlook (via Web hook?) send the email data to the REST service. From the REST service, I can write to the database myself.Gmail would be the next integration. Assuming it would work the same way with Zapier?Is Zapier a good solution for these situations?I don’t know how to setup web hooks in Outlook, but the REST part and the database part I can do with no problems.Thanks in advance!

Hello, I’ve build an automation a few months ago which worked just fine. This morning I started getting error messages: What seems to be causing the error is a file, which I create as a doc. When I try to do anything with the PDF version, I get an error. Anyone know's a fix?
