I have previously set up a ZAP to send information submitted through a Ninja Form to create a registrant on a Zoom webinar. However, I have tried to replicate this now for a new webinar and the ZAP doesn’t seem to be working. There are no error messages on the ZAP and everything is set up ok. Ninja Forms is also recognising the form submission, however it’s not feeding through to the Zoom webinar registrant list. Is anyone able to troubleshoot this for me?
Help! I have a google sheet with three columns, “First Name”, “Last Name”, “Email” which i would like “teleported” to a gotowebinar happening tomorrow. I’ve wasted 4 hours trying to complete this but am constantly stuck on The registrant could not be sent to GoToWebinar. Required field "First Name" (firstName) is missing. Required field "Last Name" (lastName) is missing. Required field "Email" (email) is missing. I simply cannot figure out what I may be doing wrong and whatever I’ve read so far is not helping either. Can someone take pity on me and land me a hand to complete this zap. Please? Thank you so much! nico
Squarespace form to Gmail to Google Contacts to Add Attendees to Google Calendar Events//can't figure out the calendar step
Hello! I am trying to create a Zap that goes like this: a person fills out a form on my Squarespace site to register for an event. The form submission triggers a welcome email from me via Gmail (I have this part working), adds the information from the form as a contact in Google contact (this works, though ideally, I’d like to also assign a label automatically but don’t know how to do that if it’s possible), and finally, use the information in the form to add the attendee to an event I have created on a public calendar on my Google calendar. (Too many steps, maybe?) I have most of it working, but am running into problems with the last calendar step. I mostly see how to do it, but when I get to the Choose Value of the Event, I don’t see the event listed. These events are monthly (the next one scheduled in a few weeks) and I want the option to add attendees to the next scheduled event. How do people go about QA’ing zapped content on a staging site before publishing it to your live site (via Webflow)? Before connecting a number of zaps to my Webflow CMS, I could preview new code & content on my example.webflow.io site before pushing to my custom URL. Now with Zapier set up, if I push anything to example.webflow.io without doing the same to my customer URL, I get the following error: “To directly publish CMS items, your staging and public-facing Collections must be consistent, so be sure to publish to all domains.” Is there a solution to this? The best alternatives I can think of are either: (a) only being able to preview new content/code in the Webflow editor/designer (not ideal when looping in others to do QA) (b) have zaps save everything as a draft, then go to webflow and convert those drafts to be published, and then publish only the staging site to do QA before then publishing to custom URL Neither seems like a great option...
Dear Zapiers, I’m new to Zapier, still look through community and didn’t find the answer for the following issue. The task. First APP - Manychat: 1. In Manychat I have a list of user, who have custom FIELD A - “user_email” with emails entered there; 2. All these users have custom FIELD B - “order number” which is not filled yet. Second app: Fondy (payment service, where I have merchant account and manage customer orders). 1. When customer pays, he put his email in into a customer FIELD C: “sender_email”. 2. When payment is done it order id is set to it. What I want is when someone makes payment, Zappier found a User in Manychat by comparing FIELD A and FIELD C and modify FIELD B of this user with ORDER ID. I successfully created a Zap, where triggers is tested and working (via Webhook). This Zap, can find a user by custom field. What should I do, to modify custom field value? Hi I am trying to set the following zap with Trello - its a Trello to Trello zap with several paths When a card is moved to a list on one board (Board A) Find a card on another board (Board B based on the field in Board A Create a new card in Board C with data from both the Moved Card and the found Card I have 2 issues: 1- What item do I select so the Checklist (with all the items) from Board B will be added to the new card 2- The custom field on board C are being modified by the new card - any way to avoid that? I hope this make sense Thanks
I’m sure a simple solution, but everytime add a column in my excel worksheet where the zap is putting data, and then hit refresh in the customize row, the new column shows up, but bumps all the data down a row, so everything is off a row. So I have to go in and move each one down a row. Is there a way around this, if i wanted to add a column, or even switch the order of columns in excel without completely messing up the zap?
Hi all We’re using a Calendly booking system to ensure our office doesn’t go over the allowed 32 spots. The idea is for people to book in a spot whenever they want but once a day at 9:00am the bot posts the event which contains the number of spots filled along with the names of the people who have booked in. My thinking is calendly- append data - release to slack at 9:00am each weekday problem is how do I ensure it’s just grabbing data for that day? thanks
I have 3 zaps being triggered by Close.com New Note, New Call and New Email triggers. These workflows were running successfully. However, a few days ago they started to repeatedly fire(as if looping), obviously resulting in repeated posts in the target service data. This repeat firing occurs until the zap is turned off. There are no errors reported in Task history. Has anyone experience something similar? Your assistance to resolve this issue is greatly appreciated.
While integrating teachable, I’m getting error message - 401. The app returned "You can't do that!". Try reconnecting your account. This usually happens when we can't connect to your account for an app or service because your password was changed or Zapier's access was revoked. We made a request to subdomain.teachable.com and received (401) Unauthorized. Could anyone please help me with this?
Error code 3027 is showing under zoom attendee. Trying to set up Eventbrite registration to link with Zoom webinar. When showing the test attendee everything looks fine but it is coming back with this error code and showing the attendee email address twice. When checking Eventbrite info on Zapier attendees email address is showing twice. How do I change it so email is only presenting once Thanks
I connected eventbrite with zoom. Then created my zaps. All zaps are successful with all green lights. Zaps are turned on. I have 2 webinars that I've created via zoom. So I have 2 different zaps. One out of 2 zaps is not transmitting to zoom. When guest registered from eventbrite, zoom still shows 0 participates. I've tired recreating the zaps several times. Login in and out on both zapier and zoom and refreshing my screen. Nothing works any suggestion?
Hi there, I’ve managed to get new tickets created in Jira when a new ticket is created in ConnectWise. What I’d now like to do is create a Zap so that when a time entry/comment is added in ConnectWise this adds into Jira. I’ve got the Zap built and I can see where you have the option to create a comment in Jira but I can’t see how you can read the source time entry/comment from ConnectWise. When I’m choosing the field for the new Jira comment there’s no field that references comment, time entry or notes. I fear that Zapier can add comments into Jira from ConnectWise and vise-versa but can't read them and use them as a field. Can anyone help? Thanks, Matt
I’m trying to set up an integration with a private app (inSided) and GoToWebinar. Here’s the details of my webinar in GoToWebinar: Here’s the Find Webinar In GoToWebinar search, with the start time input from my other app. And here’s what I get when I test out the Zap step. Any ideas why this is not working? I’ve tried putting in the date manually and still no luck getting a matching webinar.
Hello. Kind of a newbie to Zapier. I currently have a ton of images attached to a Formstack form that I need to download and archive. Formstack does not have a method of mass downloading images. You can go into each form, and each form entry and manually open each image, download it, close it, and go to the next one. Needless to say, this is less than desirable. I exported all the form entries into a CSV file and they provide a URL to the images, but I’m still in the same boat of manually opening and saving each one. I thought there might be a way with Zapier. I hoped I could create a Google Sheet that had each URL as it’s own record (row) and using that link to upload to Dropbox. It all connected and looks good until I specify what the file is in Google Sheets. Zapier initially sais the field is empty (which it isn’t). I tweaked the URL and added “www.” and then it saw it was not empty. But then when it ran, it just made a TXT file of the URL, not the image I wanted to download. I
Hi, I’m new here and was wondering if anyone could help me out? Shopify doesn’t provide end of day reports in POS and I don’t want to grant access for everyone to everything. We have 5 different locations and I need to get the finance report for each location at the end of day. Is it possible to use Zapier to somehow send the information to Google Sheets for example? Preferable so that employees would request for it when they close the stores.
Hi there, Zapier has a zap to connect Amazon Seller Central → Google Ads. This would be great for performance tracking to see how many sales in Amazon came from people who interacted with my ad campaign. But when I try to set up the zap, it asks me to map the GCLID field (GCLID is an ID that Google Ads puts into the URL after someone clicks on an ad) from Amazon. Amazon doesn’t have a GCLID field. See the attached image to see what I’m referring to exactly. I have asked Zapier support and they essentially said “I don’t know.” I have asked Amazon support and they essentially said “I don’t know.” But since the zap exists, this means someone has done it before, right?
Hey, in my company, we have a pipe to organize the negociations, and when any lead ask for a meeting, we pass the card for the column “first meeting”, i created a zap to make the event in our calendar, and it´s working, but the starting hour and ending hour in the calendar is 2 hours more than in pipe, problably its something about timezone, but the two devices are in the same timezone, any sugestion?
