Lead distribution to sales team but skipping one member for every 2 leads

So I have set up a round robin lead distribution for my sales team. I have a Google sheet where all my leads go to with all their info (email, phone number, etc). At the end of the row on the Google sheet is the column “Sales” where the name of the sales rep who the lead was assigned to will be shown.However, some team regrouping happened and the allocation of leads also changed. We have 4 members in the sales team. Out of the 100% leads that we have, Sales rep A,B,C will get 29% of the leads each, and Sales rep D will only get 12.5%Example:Lead 1 - Sales ALead 2 - Sales BLead 3 - Sales CLead 4 - Sales DLead 5 - Sales ALead 6 - Sales BLead 7 - Sales CLead 8 - Sales AA..B..C..D → A..B..C..B → A..B..C..D → A..B..C..CHow do I make that “round robin” possible?Thanks!

airtable field formatting to discord doesn't work properly

Hi, I have to get data from our airtable into discord. Some field work fine, but others get totally strange output. Like a field which in airtable is a duration format (10:30), so 10 hours and 30 minutes, gets something like 43000 in zapier. Other fields (single field) go well but others same single field get strange output like recfnoLsxalhad1. I tried zapier formatting but no solution. Anyone knows how to solve this?

Google Sheets Timed Out

I am using a zap that adds and edits new rows to my google spreadsheet. It runs once a day, and grabs data from social media posts.I started getting this error daily:“Google Sheets: The read operation timed out. This usually happens because your spreadsheet is too big. Consider starting a new spreadsheet with less data. Or, consider turning OFF any Zaps that use this spreadsheet, delete any unnecessary rows or columns from the spreadsheet, then turn the affected Zaps back ON.”To make the sheet size as small as possible, I made a new spreadsheet file and only imported data absolutely necessary and deleted extra rows/columnsIt currently has 5 columns and about 5,000 rows, and I am already getting the same error again. (only a coulple days worth of data, I need to store atleast a month worth of data, preferably more) Surely there has to be a way around this, 5000 rows is not even that significant of a number. Is there a defined limit? Please let me know if there is any work arounds

Can't search for Channel in Slack

I need to post a message to a specific slack channel based on a job number.  Job number will be in the name of the slack channel.  Job number is variable and based on a file name that the zap is processing.  There does not seem to be a way to have Zapier tell Slack to search for a channel name.  Workaround is to search for messages including the job number and get the channel name from that message.  Not perfect as sometimes the returned message is from the wrong channel.  Anyone have any better ideas for finding Slack channel names?Cheers

Create Locked Content - Wordpress

Hi guys, I’d like to have some of the pages on my WordPress website “locked”.My idea need is to have a popup to comes into the screen and asks users their email ( I was thinking about using WP Popup) . Once the email is sent, I’d like zapier to check if the email is on hubspot already and to check if the contact as a certain “property” which is the condition to have access or not. If the users has that certain property I’d like the popup to close and let the viewer see the content, if not I’d like the popup to tell so to the user and give them the possibility to click on a button that redirects to a chosen page.  My first question is: is WP Popup the right solution? Will everything work? I’m asked to pay to try the integration with zapier and therefore know if its possible. My second question is: My contacs are in Hubspot, can you help me on how should I procede from there? MY third question is: any other way I could be doing this task?  Thank you so much for your time, much appreciate

Heres the rundown. I’m trying to set up a Zap that does the following:Trigger: New reaction added in Slack Action: Create Issue in Jira Action: Send a canned message within a thread or create one (if one does not exist) to the original message where the emoji reaction was added to. The problem: The canned message is being sent to the channel and not starting a threaded reply as specified. Any input is much appreciated!

Including an Image Attachment with Email by Zapier

Hi,I’m certain this is a very easy issue that I’m unable to solve for some reason. I have a zap setup to send an email (using Email by Zapier) to someone who fills out a Facebook Lead form. I want to include an email attachment (image file), but have no idea what to specifically enter into the attachment field.I understand it needs to be a file object, and Zapier says “If you insert a URL, Zapier will inspect the URL and try to load in the data there and name it properly”. So what do I enter? I tried hosting an image on a public website and typed the link into the attachment field, but in the test email, the attachment was simply a link to the photo, not the photo itself. I just want an image to attach to the email. Any help is appreciated.

Hi,I have a list of products in my google spreadsheets with price information and these are always updated from the Woocommerce platform. In order not to have to update the prices in woocommerce and at the same time in the spreadsheet, I would like to make a zap that every time I update the price of any product in woocommerce, it is also updated in the row of the corresponding spreadsheet.I tried to create a zap for this myself and it was:Trigger: Updated woocommerce productAction 1: Search in the ID column of the spreadsheet of google sheets, the row where the Woocommerce product ID matchesAction 2: Update the entire row.However, this zap executes 2 tasks per minute, I don't know why. If I check the history of tasks they are always the same products that are updated frequently and I don't know why. The problem with this is that although the updates work in the spreadsheet, in two hours the zap consumes me 600 tasks and the plan I want to buy is a maximum of 2000 tasks per month.I aske

Hello Zapier Community,I am seeking your help on a particular zap I would like to create between a Google Sheets file and my Gmail address.Let me set the context of the zap :I have a Google Sheets file with information regarding the clients and the status of payment of their invoices. (See below) What I want to do is to create a Zap in which everyday, at 8am, if the client status’ is “in progress”, then he/she receives a personnalised mail with his/her Remaining Amount to pay.In my example, I want to send 2 different mails :One to kyle@gmail.com in which I tell him the remaining amount to pay is 100 One to John@gmail.com in which I tell him the remaining amount to pay is 50I haven’t been able to create such a Zap.I could create a Zap that sends a mail to both Kyle and John, but that cannot be personnalised with specific information for each in the mail’s body. (see picture below) Do you have any ideas on how to create such a Zap ?Thank you very much for your time ! :)

Active Campaign > SmartSheet Help

We are connecting Active Campaign to Smartsheet to automate the collection of our CRM data.  We used Add a New Row To Sheet in Smartsheet.  Each row contains the information on a single contact.  As our sales people add answers to each question Zapier records each individual response at the cell, not the row level.  As a result, for 1 contact it's creating 30 rows (Number of personal data q's being asked).  Is there another, better way to collect this information?  Can we schedule Zaps between Active Campaign and Smartsheet?  Any help would be much appreciated.  Thank you.

I know some errors can occur in my zap because it is complex and i would like to prevent him to automatically turns off to not lose data (critical billing process).I already create a zap to be aware if my zap turns off but can I just prevent him to turns off or at least turn it “ON” again with an action?
