I HAVE A ZAP THAT POSTS A YOUTUB VIDEO ON LINKEDIN AND MEDIUM …. WHEN THE YOUTUBE VIDEO GOES FROM UNLISTED TO PUBLISHED IT SHOULD TRIGGER THE SOCIAL SHARING : IT USED TO WORK BUT NOW I REALIZED IT IS NOT WORKING. THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO PUBLISH A VIDEO IN YOUTUBE , ONE IS FROM THE VIDEOS LIST JUST CLICKING ON STATUS CHANGE, THE OTHER ONE IS FROM TH VIDEO EDITOR AND REQUIRES TH VIDEO SETTING CHANGE TO B SAVED. WHAT TO DO SPECIFICALLY? I TURNED THE ZAP ON AND OFF AND RECONNECTED THE CONNECTION BUT I AM UNSURE WHAT TO DO NEXT? ANYONE CAN HELP?
Step 1 (Trigger) - When new submission is made on Jotform - successful Step 2 (Action) - Book an appointment on Calendly - this is where I run into trouble. I have connected Calendly as an app on Zapier. I see the Calendly option in the editor, but there are no “action event” options provided. I do have a Pro account on Calendly. Not sure how to finish creating this zap.
Hello all, I’m working on connecting a google sheet with a cloud Firestore database. In the process, I’ve successfully connected the two and the information is getting transmitted as a record within the Firestore database, but because of the data types being assumed by Zapier, I’m running into some issues. For example, one of the information fields being transmitted is an “address” field. Right now, if the address was filled as “1234 Example St”, Zapier automatically changes the data type into a number and inputted that address as 1234 in my Firestore database instead of a string “1234 Example St”. I’m wondering if it’s possible to set certain fields to transmit certain data types only? Another example is translating booleans into Firestore. ‘false” within the input field returns a string entry by Zapier in the Firestore record. If I could set certain fields to be certain data types exclusively, I could bypass this issue, although I can't seem to find any threads or documentat

So far I have used formatted to create line items from the list which does this (exactly what I needed, or so I thought): So 1: 21-07-2020 is the data I need to use in a step further along. But when I try to pull it, I just get this: If anyone has any insight it would be HUGELY appreciated!
Hi everyone I am trying to figure out how to handle the situation where text fields passed through the line itemizer contain commas. I can strip them out at the source, but would sooner handle them elegantly if I can. I’ve read all the documentation on the Formatter and Line Itemizer, and searched the community forum, but can’t see how to handle this. I tried delimiting the text in quotes so the commas are enclosed in quotes, but the itemizer just inlcuded the quotes as part of the string and then split the string at the quote. I looked for a way to escape the comma, but couldn’t find a way. Can someone please advise? Thanks
Hello Group I am trying to create a Zap that Creates a Invoice in QBO from an order in Woocommerce. With help of support I got it to mostly work however The Product/service data field does not match therefore the description is off as well. I am tried adding in a find product step in the zap with no success. I saw the message about SKUs in the troubleshooting guide and seems to not be working. The SKUs on Woocommerce and QBO match.

Hi there, I am a newbie trying a workflow with zapier for 2 days now, but seems like I am not getting any success, so decided to jump in here, and ask for help. So what I wanted to do is send a Gmail email reminder every 9am for any due task that day referencing airtable base file. I tried using a’schedule by zapier’ first,a dn tried ’+’ adding ‘airtable’ but when airtable is added, there’s no option of “when a record is added in view’. I also tried the other way around (using airtable first), but when I click ‘+’ sign, the schedule by zapier is not an option. I am sure there’s a solution but am looking at the wrong one :-( Help. I pull the phone number from facebook lead ads into excel. It doesn't add the + before 44 or 0 after 44 into excel it comes in the format of 447964332223. Is there a way of adding the + or deleting the 44 and adding a 0 to the base number so that the text will send? thanks, scott
Hi there, I am working on cleaning up and better managing the contacts in our our two CRMs. We use both HubSpot and ActiveCampaign. I want the contacts represented in each to have matching data. The solution I have for this is: Contact Updated in HubSpot → Update Contact in ActiveCampaign Contact Updated in ActiveCampaign → Update Contact in HubSpot Where I see this being an issue is if a contact is updated in HubSpot and then in ActiveCampaign, the update in ActiveCampaign would trigger an update in HubSpot and the automation would proceed like this ad infinitum. Is this an issue that would have an impact on the efficacy of my sync in anyway?
Livestorm to Zoho CRM - How to create or update contact status in zoho crm when a new person register to a webinar
We use Zoho as a CRM. We organize webinars with livestorm. We would like to create a workflow when a contact register to our webinar : if the contact exist, modify its status in the campaing, if the contact is new create a new contact in the CRM. We have difficulties to link the 2 apps. Please advise.
Hi all. I’m trying to do some work for a client who wants a copy of the typeform responses sent to the person who filled out the form. I feel like the easiest way to do this would be to set up a Zap between google and Typeform so that when someone sends in a response then GMail sends an email to that person with the information in. Has anyone done this? Does this seem doable or is there another way to achieve this? Thanks for any help you can give me!
I have 27 folders I need to upload documents to based on parsed data from DocParser. I’m using paths, but it looks like I would need 27 paths to set up the logic for 27 folders. Is there a better way of doing this? Would it be better to have 27 different zaps? Would I have to pay for each zap every time a parsed document is available? Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Hi, I created a zap to create a new card in a Trello board when there is a new or updated event. It seems to work fine with regular scheduled meetings but it doesn’t transfer my recurring meetings. How can I fix this so that I will have my recurring events on Trello?
Hello everybody, as described in the title i’m having an issue related to the parse of the email field; The zap is configured to: When sync Attendees ( Having a new attendee in a event) add a new subscriber in Mailchimp. So the problem comes after the configuration of the zap (which runs smothly, without any error, even creates the new subscriber with the data provided) when i test with a new attendee created in MindMint; it didn’t creates a new subscriber, and when i check the task history there’s always the same problem: the email field couldn’t retrieve the data; I checked many post here on the forum and it didn’t seem to be my problem (The most common problem is that people tends to write the email directly in the field, and do not use the correct mapping, i tried many times to remake this step, but always with the same result). So i’m stucked here without knowing what to do with the zap ( i remake the zap willing to solve the problem but the same result) so i really could use some
