Trigger rules are not visable for woocommerce subscription

Hi!I’m trying to connect mailchimp to woocommerce subscription using Zapier. But… the trigger rules don’t load. I have WooCommerce subscription with 580 subs, the latest 3 are from today. I installed zapier for woocommerce today.Can someone help me? Thnx!

Manychat Zapier intergration custom fields

Hello,I’m trying to integrate Manychat and Zapier to push data to Zoho CRM. I added few custom fileds such as first name, last name, email and company name. I ran the test chat on ManyCaht and verified the test user chat and collected the values in custom fields. When I try to integrate with Zapier for Zoho CRM. I setup trigger for custom filed email. When I test the trigger displays message: This custom field was found in your. Unfortunately when I see the details (all of the Zapier fileds), I notice non of the custom filed has any value. All custom filed shows as null. What I’m missing here? Because of this I’m not able to test trigger on custom fields. Thank for you help. Amjad

Im using hubspot and phatnombuster integration.My zap works as followsZap is triggered if linkedin url gets added in hubspt contact Then it retrives linkedin url and linkedin session cookies from hubspot and feeds to phantombuster profile scraper The phantom scrapes linkedin information based on url The output is fed again to hubspot to fill up cloumns like current job, profile headline, desception,etcI'm facing problems in step 4. Reuse Hubspot form

We reuse our Hubspot forms to simplify our process. We’re hosting a webinar and I created a Zap to trigger a registration on our webinar system when a form is submitted on Hubspot, but I need to specify on what landing page the form lives on, to differentiate the form submission.  Anyone know how to do this? Or a different way that would accomplish the same goal?

I have tried re-creating the survey, and also tried pulling mutliple new triggers, to the exact info needed, but i keep getting auto populated “not answered” content.

Integration with Segment.com

I’m relatively new to Zapier and love it so far. I’m also using Segment.com. Segment has sooo soo many good and useful tracking information and I would love to be able to integrate that.  Has anyone actually been able to integrate the two in a meaningful way. The only way described is to use Raw Data or Hooks, but nothing meaningful.

How to delete a Google Calendar event when deleting a row in Sheets and vice-versa

Hello everyone,This is my first post here. Thank you for having me.I have a very simple system already in place and working just fine, where when a new Google Form entry is submitted, it automatically creates a row in a Sheet and also an event in Google Calendar. The first part of the automation is built-in to the Google ecosystem, while the second part is only possible with Zapier.Sadly, sometimes I need to manually remove a specific row in the Sheet and its correspondent Google Calendar event. I was hoping that this could also be automated, but I haven’t been able to do so.Can this be done using Zapier? Idealy, it would work both ways: if I manually delete a row from the Sheet, it would automatically delete its corresponding Google Calendar event or, if I manually delete a Google Calendar event, it would automatically delete its corresponding row in the Sheet. With that said, I would be more than happy if it would just work one way, either by deleting a row and automatically deleting

Smartsheet - match unique column IDs to update fields?

Hello - I am new to Zapier and can’t am unclear if the Zap I hope to build is possible. I have done a few hours of reading, and don’t see any mention of what I need to do. It seems so basic, I feel I must have missed something. Any help is most welcomed! End goal -- make 1 Smartsheet sheet that updates only select column fields from Excel data leaving the rest of the column fields untouched by the Zap. I want to Zap to find corresponding Project ID’s then update select fields. How I envision the workflow: When new rows are created in our single Excel sheet it triggers the Zap The Zap searches the single Smartsheet for matching Project ID fields.  When matching Project ID’s are found fill only selected Smartsheet cells with Excel data. Remaining Smartsheet cells remain untouched by the Zap (meaning 4 out of 10 columns will be updated but the rest stay as untouched)To put it another way:FIND: Smartsheet column 1 “ID #1” = Excel column 1 “ID #1”REPLACE: Smartsheet Columns 2-5 with data fr

Updateing deprecated

 I have 8 Zaps using the “Zoho Recruit (1.17.0)” as a trigger app.It's been deprecated. What is the replacement trigger?If I remove or replace the trigger, all the variables in the following actions may all be undefined. Since it’s the first action, the trigger, I would have to completely rebuild the Zap. What is the best way to replace a trigger app without needing to assign all the variables in the following actions again, and need to rebuild the entire integration?

HI thereI am totally stumped. I keep getting this error. Google Calendar to Google Sheets

I’m new to zapier and I love it, in concept.  I was able to get it to do one important function which is to update a google shees with a new event added to google calendar. I love seeing new events auto populate into my spreadsheet.However, I’m going in circles trying to get it to do some other things I’m hoping it will help me with.I need it also to update a google sheet row when an event in google calendar is changedand I need it to delete a google sheet row when an event is cancelled.I have a feeling I’m doing something wrong in the row field but I’ve tried every option and It’s still not working.  If anyone could help with their Zapertise I would be very grateful.

Send a birthday / work anniversary email at an appropriate time for the persons timezone

Hi all, first post so be nice.I want to automate the sending of birthday and work anniversary emails to staff members, and for the email to be sent at a time appropriate for the person depending on their location (eg 9am).The emailing sending part is relatively easy (Campaign Monitor transactional email), however, i’m stuggling to figure out how to trigger the zap to sent the email at a decent time.I’ve had an idea to have a zap to load all the anniversaries / birthdays into a calendar, then set another zap to trigger at the time of the event to fire out the email.Does this sound bonkers? Are there other avenues I should be exploring?

Replay whole zap instead of the failed parts

airtable will complete its trigger but then a part of the zap later fails because of data in the airtable. So we update the airtable with the correct data, but the zap still fails because the airtable trigger already fired as a success with the bad data. How can we fix this?
