I hope some one work with zapier and planfix. When I choose Action New Contact in Planfix and reach step Set up action there are a lot of fields but some of them are extra and some I whished to add. I hoped that set of fields is changing when I choose a template http://joxi.net/J2bPNgJigXN6DrBut it didn’t happen. So I’m wondering if i can customize these fields?

Google Sheets- detect and batch new rows

I have a zap which triggers when a new row is added to a google worksheet and I only want it to run at certain times before turning it off.When I turn the zap back on is it possible to make the zap detect when a new row or rows have been added and then to run thru them all like a batch process until it gets to the end of the worksheet?Thanks

Looking to hire someone to build 4-5 Zaps with QBO/custom fields

Hello,What seems like a straight forward project is turning into something very complicated.  I am sure this will involve webhooks/API and we are a very small company.When a new customer/vender is created in QBO it also creates them in the CRM (Clarity) then returns the CRM account number into a QBO custom field When a quote is converted into a Sale in the CRM, Zapier does a look-up of that customer in QBO based on the CRM account number in a QBO custim field.  If that account does not exist then it creates the account When a new product is created the CRM quote is is also added to the Product/Services cataloug in QBO. When an invoice or Paid invoice is emailed from QBO the PDF is attached to the account in the CRM. I am sure I can think of another zap to two we want to do.I know this sounds straight forward but the custom fields in QBO and the lack of email triggers in Zapier for QBO makes this require webhooks or API work.Please contact me for more details and we can work out  -Scott

Hubspot trigger list do not work

Hi,  I made a Zap for connect Hubspot to Pipedrive. The trigger is "New contact in list".  It was working but since today, it is down. I tested this Zap and it is ok. But when I activate, nothing appens. Even if I have new contact in a list in Hubspot.  I tested lot of solutions : reconnect my accounts, test dynamic and static lists, use workflows in Hubspot.. but the result is the same : nothing.  Have you encountered this problem before?

Webflow Form into a Google Spreadsheet

Hey guys,First time posting here :)  Short version: I want to display the data I get from the Webflow form onto a Google Spreadsheet.  Details:So I have a Multi-Step Form in Webflow, where some of the slides have multiple checkboxes. Webflow Form with Multiple Checkboxes Now what I want is that when you select the checkboxes (blue), you get the value displayed in a Google Spreadsheet. I know that the Form works because I get an email when you submit the Form and the data is correct. I’ve also managed to get the data from Webflow into a Google spreadsheet using this setup.  The problem I’m experiencing is that the value of the checkboxes are displayed as “true & false”. This is just the way Webflow checkboxes work and I don’t think I can change that.  Obviously this is not ideal because in the Google spreadsheet it looks like this:  So is there a way I can Filter out the “true” values from the “false” values, AND then display the “true” values as they are displayed in the Form. Facebook fields not populating into Pipedrive.

I seem to be having an issue receiving all the criteria fields from Facebook. I have tried to reconnect to see if this refreshes it but it doesn’t seem to feed in the rest of the lead capture fields. Is there something that we need to further do to make this work?

How to find the email of a user in Firebase

Hello, I am trying to create a zap that will locate the users email using the id of the user contained in the record from the trigger.  I have added the index on rule to my database, although I do not think it is necessary to just get a simple value.  My data is like this: Users         (User id)                    name: example                    email: example In the step in my zap, I have defined the path as "users"  In the next feild, I have selected the user id as the inject from the trigger Now all I need to do is enter the search value.   Can someone please help me. Thank you.

How to use asana custom fields when creating a task?

We've built a zap that is triggering an Asana task to get created (this is working as expected). We want to be able to update some of our custom fields though even when we click on "Refresh Fields" isn't not showing the fields. Does anyone know how to get custom fields to appear when triggering a new task to get created in the Zapier builder? It says in this documentation that it should be possible: https://zapier.com/blog/updates/856/asana-custom-fields-support

Smartsheet Sync

I’m trying to zap rows from my New Project Smartsheet to create new documents in Google Doc from a template. The actual act of doing that seems to be going well so far. The issue is that not all of the columns from that sheet are options to fill in the template. All of the {{blanks}} in the Google Doc Template populate in Zapier, but not all of the Smartsheet columns populate. For example, when I look up Project Manager I can easily find it in the drop down so that the Smartsheet name fills in the {{ProjectManager}} section in the doc. But the same is not true for finding the Superintendent. As you can see below, there is a column for both Project Manager and Superintendent in the Smartsheet. I have multiple times refreshed the fields at this point, so I’m not sure what to do.

Verify parse inboxes

I have a litle automation set up that works beautifully.When I send emails from my CRM I always get some replies indicate the person has left.  Totally to be expected.  I froward them from my Gmail inbox to a Email by Zapier address that I parse, look up the contact and tag then for deletion in my CRM.Works great but still has some manual labor involved.  I can set up a filter in Gmail to forward these messages.However I need to verify the email address I am forwarding to.  I don’t see how to do that.Any ideas?I did think an alternative might be to have some sort of macro in Gmail, but I don’t know if that is a thing!Thanks

Does anyone know if there is a way to export Zoom webinar attendees to Google Contacts. Zoom create a CSV that has now been exported to Apple Numbers.  I’m going around in circles. I need the names and emails in Google contacts. Thanks!

Changing Microsoft 365 account used for a connection?

I have created a Zap from jotForm to Excel (on OneDrive) with a Microsoft 365 which I want to change to a different account.  I can delete the connection to Microsoft 365 but when I recreate I do not get asked whcih Microsft account I want to use - Zapier/Microsoft simply recreates the connection I had to the account I had used before. Any ideas? Thanks

I want my coaching clients to get a weekly check-in form (google forms), every client will have his own check-in form so i can automaticly save them in their folder. I want to have a automation in activecampaign that sends their unique link every week, without making more then 1 automation.It probably makes it easier that i have a payment system on my website, i can get their information (email, name) from there.

Hi there, I want to create a flow that creates a new spreadsheet in google sheets when a new list is made in ClickUp. All of these actions are available in Zapier, Workflow: New list (ClickUp) New list created in XX workspaceCreate Spreadsheet (Google Sheets) Title: List name Spreadsheet to copy: Global Template.  This works absoulutely fine when testing it in the Zap editor, however it does not trigger when i turn it on and make a new list in ClickUp, nothing happen it does not even show in the zap history? Is there another way to do this? or am I doing something wrong?

Linking Canva to social media accounts

Hi everyone, I am new to Zapier and still trying to come to terms with what it can and cannot do.I am currently creating posts in Canva, uploading them to a scheduler and that paid-for scheduler posts them for me. The scheduler is expensive and still uses Zapier to connect to Instagram. My question is this:- Is it possible to use Zapier to link with Canva and post directly to Social Media platforms, including Instagram, without using the scheduler?Is this something the free version of Zapier would support or does it need the paid-for version? I don’t mind either way if Zapier can save me money in comparison with my current scheduler

Assign lead owner on Salesforce

We have multiple users on the Salesforce account. They all represent a specific office of different cities. We need to create a Zap that takes data from a website form and create a “Lead” on Salesforce. We need to assign a lead owner (Salesforce users who manage all the leads) depending on the city that users have selected in the form.While creating the lead through Zapier, we see only one Salesforce user in the dropdown. That user is displayed as an alphanumeric string instead of the Salesforce user name. See the screenshot below.How can we fetch the other Salesforce users in this dropdown? Or how can we make a Salesforce user as a lead owner?Thank you in advance for the help.

Impossible to connect Zapier to woocommerce

Hello, I would like to create an order from Typeform to Woocommerce. To do that I would like to use Zapier. However, when I try to connect my Zapier account to woocommerce I have this message : “The WooCommerce Zapier plugin is missing or WordPress pretty permalinks may not be configured correctly. 404 File Not Found.”I already check the configuration and all is good, but my URLs are not on defaut mode because I use Rankmath plugin for the SEO. I think that’s the issue. So my question is : Is it really impossible to connect Zapier to woocommerce if the URL are rewritted ? Thank’s in advance.Manuel

Hi there, I am looking for an app to fill pre-signed forms with that I can connect with Hubspot.Trigger → a date that is set in a property on the deal in HubspotAction → fill in a preset field in the pdf with text and send the pdf out to the email of the contact connected in HubspotNote: there are different pre-signed forms (one for type A, one for type B etc.) and the zap also need to be able to only fill and send out form type A to a contact that has that type set in a property in Hubspot. Ideally the app is also for free/affordable:)Thanks for your help!
