Delete Zap notification from Slack channel

I deleted a Zap but the notification still shows up in the Slack channel. I don’t know how to remove the notification from the channel. The new channel notification is working but the old one keeps jamming up a channel.

Add "1" to 10 digit phone number submission through Webflow

Hi, I have a Webflow website with a submission form.I want to send an automated text message reply “thanks for your submission” via Twilio but it appears Twilio requires the number format to include country code (1-555-555-5555).I don’t want to require the user to enter country code because its a local business and no one is used to entering the extra 1 in front -- this would cause very clunky UX in my opinion. So I want them to enter their 10 digit number (555-555-5555) and then I would add via Sheets a 1 so the number is in the format needed to send via Twilio. I’ve gotten stuck on how to dynamically update a new cell in Sheets after Zapier has pushed that phone number in from Webflow. Thanks!

Hello, I am wanting to create a Zap that allows: Asana tasks Assigned to me  → Zap → Create ClickUp Task. Does one of the pre-built zaps do this already? Or do I need to filter the tasks in some way?I use ClickUp, but I have a client who uses Asana, so I’m trying to bridge the gap to help my process be more efficient.Thank you!

Enter data to a specific cell in Google Sheet based on both column and row lookup

Hi allI have a Google Sheet set up as a weekly scorecard. I have rows with metrics and a column for each week. Each week I want to update each metric (row) in the current week column. I can see the ability to lookup the row, but it appears the only option is to enter a fixed reference for the column. This doesn’t work as I need it to update to a new column each week. Does anybody have any suggestions or workaround to get this to work?!Many thanksAdam

I have created a birthday email zap, it works well and as intended. But the zap creates an error because the email id in the calendar description gets hyperlinked. Any solution to avoid this? zapier picks the data as mailto:emailid

Blank Entries in Hubspot

I am getting blank entries in Hubspot. I have a connection between Facebook and Hubspot for exporting leads. However, while all of the leads are exporting correctly, I am also getting several blank lines. Hubspot support suggests it is the way that I have Facebook and Hubspot connected via Zapier, but I can’t find anything to fix or investigate. Any help much appreciated

Im trying to convert the format of a Trello card members to prepare for email.I am using a lookup table to match username to email.This is how the user name is accepted from trello:  After text to line items conversion, this is the output  The lookup looks like this But the values accepted is hallway the fallcack. Tried doing “doroness” and [“doroness”] for keys - the same outcome. What am I missing? Thank!

Google Form to Detailed Calendar Event: Zap pulls incorrect dateTime value

In my Google Form to Google Detailed Calendar Event zap, the dateTime value assigned (TIME) is not being generated to the calendar correctly. Instead, the zap is pulling my current time, but with the correct date data (DATE) assigned.   As you can see, the data from the sheet has a date value of 2/15 (correctly pulled by zap) and a time value of 7:30am which is incorrectly pulled by the zap. The zap instead applies the current timestamp when the event is generated.

SQL Server New Row (Custom Query) Only Finds Records When Testing

I’m trying to set up a zap that will update new rows found in my SQL table to our Shopify store. Although the zap works perfectly when testing, it doesn’t find any rows when I run it.It is currently set to use a custom query: which does return results in testing: but does not return results in production run: Any ideas as to what would be going on here? The ‘We couldn’t find any new items’ message appears after about 30 seconds which is query timeout (according to Zapier documentation). However, when ran in test it literally takes maybe 3 seconds.Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Calendly to Pipedrive : creating a deal and matching a person to that deal

Hello ! New on Zapier and creating my first zaps… I am currenly working with Calendly now, and once an event is created I would like to create a deal on PipeDrive, and a person related to this deal. (usually events attrack new people).My question is : With Zapier do I have to create the person and then create the Deal (2 steps) ?... or can I create the deal and directly associate it with the person (1 step)I tried to associate it directly (1 step) but it associates it with a random person even by putting "Custom" and connecing it it to the person who subscribes to Calendly.Thank you for your helpBen

Questions about ConnectWise Manage and Mailchimp Integrations/Zaps

We are running into issues creating Zaps between ConnectWise Manage and Mailchimp.  We are trying to create a zap so that when a prospect is added to ConnectWise, it creates a new contact in MailChimp and tags it as a prospect. Unfortunately, it seems that Zapier doesn’t pull the “Company Type” information we have in ConnectWise which is what tells us whether a contact is a prospect or a client. To work around this we thought we could add a tag called “Prospect” in ConnectWise and have this trigger the zap to create the new contact in MailChimp and tag it as a prospect. Now, however, it seems that Zapier can’t read the new type and it is also pulling inactive contacts from ConnectWise. Has anyone else had issues with this? What did you do to work around it? Or, are we being dumb and going about this the wrong way? Help!

Repeated process: WooCommerce & SKU Varients

Hi Expert, i work on a Zap which when woocommerce create a product → search a folder in google drive (i use the sku number as foldername, create it if cant not find) → save the product image into that folder. i think it is not a difficult zap, however, due to the product nature, one SKU may has 5-10 variants, they will be arrange as, for exampleSKU: 10131Variant: 10131-1, 10131-2, 10131-3, 10131-4, 10131-5, 10131-6, 10131-7, 10131-8, 10131-9, 10131-10 my original wish is to create a folder which can store up all the image under a folder name in SKU.The outcome is, Zapier will create 1 folder first, name 10131, it has a zip file with all the image inside (which is what i need), but on the otherhand, they zap will repeat on every variant, create its own folder and save its own image in the google drive like below….. Also it will consume my no of task for 10 times…...headache... i just want to keep the first folder which has all the image inside and then stop the loop on every variant??th

Typeform file upload not appearing in "insert data: fields for attaching to Trello cards

For some reason, even though the file names are appearing in the test trigger for the typeform response, they appear as “no data” when I look for the file upload question in the add attachment part of my workflow. I haven’t had issues with files uploading when creating new cards from typeform or in other boards/lists/cards from other typeforms with a similar workflow… the only thing I can think of is perhaps because typeform has updatedto a new version since I made those forms and these ones are on the new version? But it seems like it’s an issue on Zapier’s end as I can see the file upload in the test trigger.Any insight would be great!

Webflow to Twilio

I have a very simple project and just need a little help connecting a couple of apps.  I have built a text sequence in Twilio Studio that currently can be triggered by anyone texting the Twilio number (text anything and it will begin sending you the sequence of texts) I have a Webflow landing page with a single field form where I would like user to enter their phone number and hit submit. What I would like to do (I believe using Zapier) is have the number sumbitted on the Webflow landing page hit the Twilio trigger so I can initiate the Twilio Studio sequence to the phone number submitted through the form. I am fine adding an intermediate step (Webflow to Sheets, Sheets to Twilio) but could not figure that out on my own either.  Happy to provide details, thanks!

Quickbooks online duplicate name exists

I am following the procedure for Zapier to check and see if a new customer exists based on email, and then only create a new customer if that customer does not exist. The script worked fine for a while, and now it’s throwing this error that the customer exists and it’s not proceeding. What could be causing this and how might I fix it?

Zap trigger from purchase in SQUARE sends test data to MailChimp

I’ve created a zap that is triggered by a purchase from SQUARE.I used a ZAPIER filter to target the trigger to a specific product. The next step is to Add/update the customers name and email address to MailChimp and give them a tag specific to the item they purchased. The zap works perfectly with test data but when the zap runs it doesn’t send data from the new customer to mailchimp - rather it sends the data that was used in the test. When I select data fields for the zap it’s populated with the test data - but I can’t seem to delete the test data. I feel like I’m missing something simple here. Any help would be appreciated.Dave

For this zap, I want to add a process so that it only sends only when the condition is matched.  1.New Record in Salesforce  Object: Case2. PLEASE HELP! Constant contact and salesforce integration

Hi, This is very time sensitive and I’m looking for help. I’m sending out a newsletter via constant contact. I would like the information of who received the newsletter to be updated in salesforce. Below is the zap I have so far, but it doesn’t seem to be working. I’m thinking it has something to do with the “object” , ideally, it would update the “activity” in salesforce, but “activity” isn’t listed on there. Would love some help. Also, in the Record to Update area, I would like to have the contacts updated in the newsletter distribution list but its only allowing me to select one person at a time.

Any way to translate the Trustpilot email templates for sending invitations to Greek?

Hello, I have connected my Trustpilot account with Woocommerce. I created a Zap to automatically invite customers to review our products. However the suggested invitation email templates (purchase or non-purchase experience) were already translated in many languages but not Greek. Is there a way to access the english template file (.pot) and create a new greek template?
