API call rate has been exceeded

HI There, We are have a WordPress Site that’s using the Gravity Forms to GoToWebinar Zap connection We have a webinar that has just gon live and have several Sign ups trying to connect   Unfortunately the following error is happening for all Attempts to connect between the 2 Applications   "The API call rate has been exceeded for the minute.". This usually happens because there is a limit to the number of times we can send information to an app or service within a period of time. Please wait for your limit to be reset and try again.     Hi Everyone!   We came across an odd error this morning and wanted to ask your opinion... We have not seen this error before so we are not sure how best to proceed with trouble shooting it? The Data seems to be working fine getting into the system from the Gravity Forms end but  It appears that error happens when it hits the GoToWebinar connection.   We have checked in GoToWebinarand it does indeed appear that all of the Data is eventually getting into

Woocommerce get sample problem

I had test get sample from my woocommerce. before 30min i succeed but now it failed. steps: create a zap(A) and paste hook address to woocommerce zapier feed. and successfully get sample. create another zap(B) and paste hook address to same woocommerce zapier feed. and successfully get sample. Return to my first zap(A)’s hook address to woocommerce zapier feed but it failed to get sample. zap(B)’s hook address is failed to get sample too. Perhaps, there are limit to get sample per hour? Or anything expected porblems??

Unbounce Fields not appearing in Zaiper

Hey everyone, I’m trying to set up a conditional zap between Unbounce and Mailchimp. The goal is to submit subscribers to mailchimp only if they check off a consent checkbox on the Unbounce form. When trying to grab the fields from zaiper, I get the message that they’re being grabbed but nothing shows. I’ve tried republishing the page and doing a test submission to see if that helps but no fields are appearing. Any help would be appreciated on how to set up a conditional submit between Unbounce and Mailchimp

Workflow for Course Completion

I am using WordPress to develop a course that consists of 8 modules. I’m trying to build it so that once all 8 modules are completed a certificate of completion would be emailed to the individual. I can do this if the courses had to be taken sequentially by letting them have access via the end of a quiz to the subsequent module. However, I am trying to build it so that the modules do not need to be completed in order. I’m working with WordPress, H5P (not supported by Zapier), Wufoo, and Google programs. Any ideas on how I could build this?   A few of my ideas:  -Have user take a quiz through H5P and then upon successfully passing, have them enter their name into Wufoo Quiz for that module. Then somehow use Zapier to mark that module 1 was completed by that person (is that possible) and then do that for each module. Then somehow build a trigger that upon each module being completed (or the row count = 8), it would transfer the name into another google sheet, which would run upon trig

Facebook marking my instagram posts as spam

Hi folks.   Ive created zap which posting new posts from my own ig account to my own facebook group (private, visible.)   Now what is happening is that facebook marking the posts as spam. After a day of using it was each third post, now after 2 days its each second post.   What can i do with it? Whatare the root reasons? The description and img is always different, the only thing which is mostly identical all the time are hashtags. But those hastags are needed to sorting.

Sending Messenger to Slack

My team and I have set up a chat in Facebook Messenger.  There are 3 of us on the chat. Is there a way to copy our chats to Slack? It’s easy and convenient for us to use Facebook Messenger for quick conversations instead of switching to Slack.  Also, FB Messenger let’s you know right away when there’s a new message. We simply want to have all of the conversation moved into Slack so that it’s easy to search and assign tasks.

Email address problem in Microsoft

Hi, We are using Zapier integrated with Twilio to send out automated emails to clients on completion of one of our Typeforms. We had to create a new MS email account as we were apparently unable to use our own private hosted email address. Now MS are putting a hold on our email account because it looks like we are spamming by send out similar emails 20+ times per day. We are talking to MS about this which might work after we assure them that we are not spamming and that these are legitimate emails.   However, ideally we would like to use our private hosted email address to send all emails through. Does anybody know if this is possible? Thanks.

I am merging fileds from a Google Sheet into a Google Docs, document. Some of my fields are not always populated. Is there a way to ignore a field if the value is blank, or even populate a blank value with a space rather  that the leave the {} in the document or populate it with the word Remove ?   Thanks in anticipation

Connecting two different production salesforce organisations

I am helping a couple of NGOs.  One needs to be able to refer a case (beneficiary) from it’s salesforce to the salesforce organisation of the other beneficiary. When I try to add a second Production salesforce account in order to build the zap to enable this, It always takes me immediately to the login for the 1st production account/ organisation.   Has anybody successfully been able to add 2 different Salesforce production accounts (different salesforce organisations?)   Thanks!

Hi everyone ! I have some issue with the Code by Zapier action. I would like to send from a main zap (containing the code), Json data (if not empty), to a webhook URL that is related to another zap (which after do some stuff). Zapier only allows 1 Convertkit sequence to be selected?

I have a question regarding a zap Scheduleonce and Convertkit.    I want to know how can I link ScheduleOnce to ConvertKit and only send emails to those who signed up using a specific booking link?  I do not want everyone who makes a booking to receive the same email, but it seems Zapier only allows for one ConvertKit sequence to be selected.  I hope I explained it clearly and I really need help urgently 😁

Hi, I’m trying to build an action using a dynamic field, this dynamic field needs to make a request to my API, but it needs some information from a previous action to be able to bring the correct information.       But when i type directly to the Contatc’s id field, the dynamic field can access it correctly , so my question is how can i  use data from a previous action on a dynamic field? Can Zapier let me know when a task is stopped?

I have a zap that starts in Mailchimp and ends in Salesforce. 99% of the Mailchimp subscribers are already contacts in Salesforce. Occasionally, one may be a lead not yet converted to a contact. The 2nd task of my zap searches Salesforce for a contact with the Mailchimp subscriber’s email address. In the case of a lead, the task fails. I am rather new with Zapier, but shouldn’t I be able to configure it to alert me of such a failure? or do I need to set up a separate zap to do that? Thanks!

Insightly and RingCentral Zap

I am looking to get RingCentral to integrate with Insightly.  Has anyone done this before? I have no Zapier experience and would like to know if I will need to get the paid subscription?  I’m not sure what the integration would do for me.  Other than being able to click on a contact and call out or ext using Ring Central.     I hope someone out there can help me.

Fomatter - text split of email addresses in an array to separate field items

I'm trying to split text to multiple items that I can use in different fields in another step. It works fine for names but not email addresses for some reason.   I tried this and it worked for a simple array of Full Names - https://community.zapier.com/ask-the-community-3/line-item-usage-358 - but I get a different output structure for email addresses.  From an Airtable record with a lookup array of Names [Jane Smith, John Smith] it returns: output__Item 1: Jane Smith output__Item 2: John Smith which is exactly what what I want it to return. Unfortunately, when I try the same formatting steps for email addresses in an array I get the following output where the item numbers are the same: output: 0:    Item 1: janesmith@email.com 1:    Item 1: johnsmith@email.com The problem is the are the same Item number so when I try to use them as inputs later on in the workflow as separte fields, the only selection I can use from this step is 'Output Item 1: "janesmith@email.com, johnsmith@emai

Zapier won't appear in Facebook Apps and won't let me choose the group i want

Hi everyone! I don’t know if it is a common problem, but before the “This Account is expired” bug with Facebook Groups, i’ve connected my group with zapier and i chose the group i wanted to link, with the correct privacy settings.  Now i can’t even choose the group, i can’t modify the privacy setting (which set itself private for no reason at all) and every time I connect with Facebook throw Zapier the problem will reappear.  Some information first: i’m a member of this group and i’m allowed to post. Zapier is working correctly for the other members and it is installed on the group.

How can i create a single text file with the previous 24 hours nytimes rss feeds and than create a new file every 24 hours?

i need help figuring out a potential zap flow.    every morning i would like to get the latest 24 hours news updates from the new yorktimes.   https://rss.nytimes.com/services/xml/rss/nyt/HomePage.xml   i specifically need to create a text file for every day and/or to delete the previous day rss feed.    i am new with zapier, i have tried to use the rss feed but it returns only the latest feed and it can only be triggered when a new feed is available.    i tried looking how to create a group of feeds published in a given period of time but could not find the approach to do this. as i am new if you just tell me use that app without giving me an example of the settings, i predict i will have an hard time.   thus i would appreciate one example if  possible.    ultimately i want to send the text file to amazon polly and convert it to voice and listen to it while i commute. i know how to make this work, but i am stuck on creating the last 24 hours list of feds.    can you he

Facebook Lead Ads to ConvertKit

Hello, I am trying to create a FB Lead generation ad and I want to send a lead magnet (as a.pdf) - trying to build my email list. I'm not sure how to do this. Can I do it on the Thank You page of the FB Lead form by having people click a link to my website where they can download it? Or, because I am using ConvertKit, can a Zapier integration put their contact information directly into a landing page (which could send an incentive email with a download link)? Any information about how the Zap puts contact info from the FB lead ad into CK would be helpful to understand how to best accomplish this. Thank you.

Problem with missing field data

Hi guys, I'm new to using Zapier, and I'm trying to automate the following process: A new task was added on TeamWork Projects (trigger) A new ticket will then be created on Freshdesk (action) My problem is in setting up the ticket creation, it asks for the email of the requester/user, a required field. However, TW does not have the data for it. Even if I added a custom field on the Task for the email, it doesn't show up on the info selections presented by TW. It would pose no problem if only one person is assigned to add tasks on TeamWork. However, that is not the case as different team members can also add tasks on a project. Is there a way on how to input the required email without actually typing it out on Zap editor?Ticket Creation
