Hi, I need help to improve a zap that is for updating product prices from Woocommerce to Google Sheets. That is, I have a spreadsheet in Google Sheets with all my products listed with the respective prices in columns. One column has the regular price of the product, another the sale price, and others the wholesale prices for some products. The problem is that the trigger for this zap is the product update and triggers near 1000 times a day, so it burns all the zaps of the starter account in one day.On the other hand, wholesale prices, being assigned by an external plugin, are saved in the product metadata and zapier does not export this meta data in separated values, only in one big text with a lot more information.I’m looking for and expert to help me with this two problems in my zap. Hello everyone!In our company we have set up a zap that sends us a slack message everytime that a contact property gets updated in Hubspot. Is it possible to add to the same zap also the previous data of the same property through the property history? It would be very useful to see in the same message the latest and the previous value for it.In case it helps the property is a NPS Survey number (1 to 10) imported from wootric to hubspot. I’m evaluating Zapier to receive shop data and update the price and quantity for products in airtable. I got it working for Create record and with 1 webhook was populating the airtable but with create it would keep adding onto the airtable. I want it to update the airtable.I read through your documentation, that I need to perform an update function and when I set it up it was only updating 1 row based on what I selected from the test. I want it to update all the rows but its only doing 1 row.Is what I’m trying to do even possible?
Hello! I have a Zap with the action of creating a detailed event from a date on a spreadsheet. When triggered, I need the Monday event to repeat on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday of the same week (skipping Wednesday). Any ideas how I would do that using these menu options?Repeat FrequencyRepeat Every X Day(s)Repeat UntilRepeat How Many Times? I need the Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday invites to be connected to the original Monday invite, because after the zap triggers, I transfer ownership to a different user. So, for example, I can’t set an invite for Monday that repeats twice and Thursday that repeats twice, because this would require two ownership transfers. My strategy before this has been to have it repeat 5 times and then just go in and manually delete the Wednesday invites.
I created my first, non trivial, ZAP connecting Google Spreadsheets with Mailchimp. So far I’m extremely (positively) impressed by this tool. My congratulations to the Zapier team for developing such a powerful yet simple-to-use tool. As a technical person I can be critical of online tools, but for Zapier I really have (and want) to give credit to the tool and to the excellent team that created it.Here my question.I have a list of attributes on my spreadsheet (they come from my eCommerce platform) and I want to update the matching Mailchimp subscribers profile with those attributes in order to use them (with merge tags) to customize the email communications. I added a couple of filter to skip lines from the spreadsheet without a proper email, and to include only subscribers in the next batch of order deliveries. Hi,I have a google spreadsheet with all the products and in one column I have the regular price and in the other I have the sale price.I would like to be able to update the prices of my products in woocommerce from this worksheet, I tried it and it works perfect except in the following case: When I leave the sale price cell empty, it does not update me in woocommerce leaving the sale price field empty.I was reviewing the zaps history and I saw that this occurs because when zapier finds an empty column, the information in this cell does not matter, it does not update it. I tried putting a "-" character to see if the non-existent offer price mattered there and it works, but woocommerce interprets that my sale price is zero. The only way woocommerce will know that there is no sale price is by leaving that field empty. How could I make zapier import an empty cell to woocommerce?Thanks in advance
I have a zap between PayPal and ActiveCampaign. My zap is triggered when there is a successful sale in PayPal however, I need a filter to specify which item was bought. When I set up the filter so that it displays: Item Name 1 - text contains - and the name of the product I continue to get a message that my zap would not have continued. I tried using the item number instead of the item name and that made no difference. Any suggestions on how to move forward with this filter?

Is there a way to partially automate this task? I have this use case in Zapier with Google Contacts1) Search Google Contact using First Name + Last name 2) Update the above Google Contact’s First name using the id from the above stepWhat happens with Step 2 is that, on updating the first name in a Google Contact using Zapier, DOES NOT update the full name.This makes the new name not searchable.Any workarounds to update the name correctly using Zapier(or an alternative) would be helpful

Hello Zapier Community!I’ve slowly been figuring out how to use Zapier to update my deals in Hubspot using forms in Jotform, but I’ve run into another problem that I can’t seem to figure out.I’ve successfully connect the Jotform to fill out deal properties(text fields, number fields, and even dropdown select fields), but it all stops when I introduced a radio select button. I tried making all the selections match exactly the options avaible on Hubspot, but Zapiers trouble shooting says:“Sometimes HubSpot returns the message Property values were not valid or The value supplied for the property _____ must be one of the available options.This means that one of the fields in your action step template corresponds to a checkbox in Hubspot or Hubspot CRM, and you've specified something for that field that is not a "true" or "false" string—for example, a "yes", "no", "True", "False", etc. Hubspot will only take a "true" or "false" in those fields, so if your trigger app is passing data in diff

Hello fellow Zappers - question if anyone has used Linkedin Profinder and built an automation around this. Simply workflow: Linkedin Profinder “pro” account receives “client” proposal request in inbox Automated response to proposal request Right now there are 50-60 proposal requests coming in daily and they are receiving a manual copy and paste (unacceptable workflow in 2020 ) response.Capturing step 1 seems fine with “Linked in Lead Gen” in Zapier...it’s step 2 sending a direct message response to that particular “client” or lead that does not appear to exist. Has anyone had this workflow challenge? Any ideas! Thanks :)
