Limit Batch Size: Salesforce

I use Zapier to send giving data to our CRM. We have lots of recurring donations so we have sometimes hundreds that process at exactly the same time. My CRM has trouble keeping up. How can I limit the number of zaps sent at a time… so that for example they go over in waves of 20 instead of 120 in the matter of seconds?

EKM to QuickBooks Zap - how to reduce task usage

I have a Zap that links EKM Sales to QuickBooks to create a Sales Receipt. To make the zap work I have 5 steps that convert the VAT rate to a code (the receipts tend to be split rated) for each line item  (number.spreadsheet.formula) work out the price before VAT for each line item (spreadsheet formula), work out the delivery before VAT (number.spreadsheet.formula) and each line’s subtotal (Utilities) Work out the code for the bank the sale has been sent to (paypal or current through Stripe)  (spreadsheet formula)This means each zap is 6 tasks and eats it’s way through my allowance quicklyIs there any way for me to combine these tasks?

Adding Pardot to Already Configured SFDC Web form to SFDC Lead Zap

Hi Everyone, We recently purchased Pardot, and until we can get our Pardot forms filled out and put the code on the new website we are building, we’d like to link Pardot to our current Zaps. Currently we have Zaps that are initiated by a gravity form being filled out on our site which then creates a lead in SFDC. I was hoping to just be able to modify our existing Zaps to link to the correct Pardot Campaigns somehow. I see that Pardot fields are now avaialbe options when I open a zap to edit it, but was not sure what value i should put in there. Or if what i need to do is add another step to the zap and connect Pardot and update it that way. Thank you for any help and guidance anyone can give.

Retrieve Most Recent Comment from Jira Service Desk

I’m currently setting up a Zap to post comments from Jira Service Desk / Jira Service Management to a Zendesk ticket when the Jira Request is updated.This was working pretty good! A zap first creates the request from Zendesk in Jira Service Desk and stores the Zendesk ticket ID in the request. Then when the request is updated in Jira, it updates the Zendesk ticket with the Jira Request Status and the comment.But then I tried adding more than one comment to the Jira Request.Instead of grabbing the most recent comment from Jira, it grabs ALL the comments on the request. Oops! From what I can tell, when using the field that would contain the text of the comment, Zapier is grabbing every instance of that field in the array that’s returned from Jira.Does anyone have any insight on how to grab just the last item (most recent comment) from the array returned by Jira? I tried integrating Salesforce and GovSpend applications together. I used the paid account for GovSpend and trial account in SalesForce. The zapier says data is sent to my salesforce trial account. But I am unable see the data in salesforce.I just want to understand the problem. Can you please help me figure out the issue?

I have a webflow form submission that I would like to kick-off a series of daily sms messages which I have in a table in Airtable (1 message each subsequent day from the day a user signs up), and send these from my Twilio account. If anyone has an idea of how to set this up in Zapier and how to format the Zaps and/or Airtable/Twilio side of the house that would be great to hear!

Policy Acceptance: Attaching Google Doc to Form

I’m trying to build an integration between Form, Docs, and Sheets where employees can review and sign-off on corporate policies (e.g. code of conduct). An employee could go to the Form, enter their name / date / etc, click on a hyperlink to a policy in Docs, review the policy, “sign” the form (e.g. input their name / check a box/ etc.) and click “Submit” (which would then populate a Sheet for record-keeping purposes).If anyone has any thoughts (or has solved this) please let me know.Thank you!

Hello . The zap I built does the following: every time a new record appears in airtable and it exports it to a google sheet.Trigger is 1. New Record in View in AirtableAction2. Create Spreadsheet Row in Google SheetsAction3. Update Record in AirtableThe airtable view I am using has some filters, for inctance if a specific word is part of a slack incident channel name, year is 2021, 2020 and 2019I would like to be able to export data from previous dates, also from last year.

Questions about "Update order" event on Shopify

Hello, Looking for some help with Shopify Zaps. Currently, we have it triggering on new orders being created. However, I’d like it to also trigger on “Updated Orders” but was hoping to get some clarity on how that works?-What qualifies as an update to an order? Will it trigger on any changes such as added/deleted tags, changes to ‘Additional Details’ and using the Edit order function.-I want every new order to Zap and every update to an order, does ‘updated orders’ automatically include new order creation or do I need to have these as two seperate zaps? For some context on my setup: Order created in Shopify, then it’s Zapped to Google Sheets where I ‘process the data’ then exported to a few different end nodes like google calendar and another sheet for order picking. Currently, when a customer needs to request a change to their order, I need to update it in all of those places. I want to be able to just update within Shopify. I assume that when the order is updated it will create a new

I’m currently selling online courses, but they must expire one year after they purchase.Using ActiveCampaign and Thinkific they have the option in zapier “Expiricy Date” but i tried using this:“{{zap_meta_human_now}} +1y” and didn’t work…So, Is there another way to do this?BTW: I don’t save the date of purchase as “Custom Field”

Lookup in Excel failing, row not found

Hi, I have a Zap that is trying to lookup a date in a column in Excel but keep getting the error ‘Bargle. Hi! I want to connect Facebook Ads Leads with Zoho CRM, but when I test the zap this message appears. I thought it could be due to the fact that the phone number section is more than 30 characters, so I tried putting the email trigger there, which has less characters, and it worked. How can I solve this problem? Why did it happen if I’ve not changed anything recently? Thanks

I’m wondering…Are there any apps you use that you discovered because of that app’s Zapier integration?Waaaaay back in the day, long before I worked at Zapier, I would routinely check out the Zapbook (as it was called back then) to learn about new apps. I’d check the beta section to see what had recently been added.Anyone else find apps via Zapier?

Is there a way to set a trigger for a specific type of event in Acuity?

Hi - I’m trying to connect Acuity and Mailerlite.  If a client books a particular type of event I want that to trigger them being added to a specific group in my email service provider.I see how I can have it do this for any new event with Acuity, but is there a way to specify the event type?  I don’t want someone who signs up for a coaching call to be added to the same email group as someone who signs up for a yoga class, etc.
