I’m trying to search a google sheet’s column for a value, and only if it the value is present, then continue with the Zap.I’ve tried a bunch of the Google Sheet Action Events (namely: ‘Lookup Spreadsheet Row’) but am not getting the effect I need. Really struggling to see how to find out if a value is present in a column.Thanks for any help with this! :)
Hi, Recently, Jotform has updated their pdf forms and I would like to revert it back to the old one. Unfortunately, to be able to do that, I would need to build a new pdf form.Therefore, I am wondering whether building a new pdf form would affect the zaps that I have created for Jotform? I would only update the layout of the form and the content would pretty much stay the same. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
I have a Zap collecting form data and sending it to my sms platform to opt in to the drip campaign. I want to know if I can run a Zap checking if the contact already exist and just add them to the drip or another Zap if it is a new contact, create that contact and then add them to the drip. So I was wondering if I can have a Zap that collects the form and filters if contact exist then do this. Then create another zap with the same form submission and filter if contact doesn’t then do this. I am not trying to use paths.
Habving trouble with zapier interfacing memberpress with mailchimp for tagging and zoom for meeting registration. a member joins our site and that should trigger the zap that handles once a member signs up we set the tag in mailchimp, which triggers the mailchimp automation and registers the new member for the appropriate meeting
Hello All,I am new to Zapier and unable to create below Zap workflow:Step 1: I receive message on LinkedInStep 2: Above triggers an action to store the name, contact info (if shared in profile) and company name of the sender in my Google sheets.I tried selecting the triggers for Google sheet and LinkedIn, but it does not show any option for LinkedIn Message as a trigger.How to create this Zap?Thanks!
I am trying to create a Zap that when I create a Zoom meeting, that a Meetup Event is created. The fields for date and time are wreaking havoc on my zap as they are not the same format so I keep getting an error message that the start time is wrong. I’ve tried multiple iterations of the format but I think it’s because the fields are not the same. And if I manually type a start time, that will default into the Meetup which would be wrong.I am not finding any help in any of the university courses, and find it annoying that I cannot get live help! Anyone created a zap like this or is this not the right tool for this?
Is there an easier or faster way to whitelist every IP in AWS Service:”Amazon” Region:“Us-east-1” instead of adding them 1 by 1. For example in the list you provided I see there is about 346 Amazon us-east-1 IPs. Is there any way to bundle these together in order to whitelist them together faster or is there a range we can specify?
Hello, I would like to know how to make repeated Twilio calls. I currently have a Zap that sends a Twilio voice call every time I get a email. However, sometimes the call doesn’t not go through, because the number it is sent to is being used at the moment. This means that the call was not answered. How can I make it so that if the Twilio call is not answered, it will call again?
Hi There, I am a newbie, and having great fun creating my new Zap. I have tried to search help but didn’t find anything. My Zap connected to our SQL - a query - and works well in sending an invoice to Xero as a result. However I now what to add something to the Trigger. I only want the Trigger to work, if the value of a field is a particular value.So I have made the trigger “New Row (custom query)” and I have added in the querywhere [cluster] = “I”but this doesn't work - “Incorrect syntax near the keyword 'where'. (156)”what is the synax of a customer query? My plan is to create several zaps that will use this value of [cluster] to send the invoice to Xero, but use a different account code in Xero depending on the value of [cluster]. many thanks ian
Hi everyoneI am trying to figure out how to handle the situation where text fields passed through the line itemizer but don’t contain any separator. I can’t get them separated out of the source.I’ve read all the documentation on the Formatter and Line Itemizer, and searched the community forum, but can’t see how to handle this.I tried delimiting the text with commas, special characters (return etc) , but the itemizer just connects all the line items into one string?Can someone please advise?Thanks
Hi,I write all new registrants of an eventbrite event to an excel sheet.I want to mail the list of all registrants after the event.The idea was to add a filter “only continue if...”the event end date is after <TODAY>. But I can only add a fixe date, if i understand the help correct? Any other Idea of how to proceed only with a full excel list of all delegates after the event? thx in advanceregards

It does not include permission to send emails. Get full access to contacts Zapier Outlook will be able to read, update, create and delete contacts in their contact folders. Zapier Outlook will be able to send emails like you.I’ve checked today again and this security issue remains, so my question is:Whey those permissions are being required (full access to e-mail and contacts) ? There’s no such way to restrict the Outlook permissions due the Outlook API implementation? or it’s a Zapier implementation issue?
Hi,Was having trouble finding where to suggest new features and/or express interest in ones that had already been proposed.I found some old threads on integrating Zoom registration for reoccurring webinars with some indication that it was being worked on, but am most interested in being able to set up a new meeting time for a reoccurring meeting (e.g. my personal meeting room OR a specific Meeting ID) so that I don’t have to send my repeating clients a new link each time they want to schedule a new meeting time.Would anyone be able to point me in the correct direction to suggest such an option? Or, if anyone has already suggested it, could I “upvote” their request?

Hi, I would like to know if it is possible to mix Search and Update event action on google calendar, that search for certain records and if not exist just create record(checkbox activated ), and if it exists just update the records. My view is that can my app do 2 actions with 1 trigger. Find event has that create if not exists option in the checkbox, I’m just curious if it is possible.
Hi there, I am needing to capture data from updated engagements in HubSpot.We are wanting to measure turnaround time of specific tasks in HubSpot. Here is my current setup:Part 1: Capture the time of creation of a task (using filter to only print those tasks “Not Started” to the Sheet) Part 2: Capture the time of completion for tasks (using filter to capture completion of a specific task by task status, “Completed”) You’ll notice that my trigger for Part 2 is “New Engagement in HubSpot” which doesn’t seem like it’d work. But when I first setup and tested it, the trigger seemed to pick up updates to tasks as well as new tasks.I tested by creating a new task in the “Not Started” column in HubSpot and then completed the task shortly thereafter. My setup in Part 1 and Part 2 ran successfully in each instance. After reviewing our sheets data, it I am guessing Part 2 only worked in my test because the time between creation and completion of the task was minimal and HubSpot spot saw the “Co

For example, can it be triggered to control temperature settings, turn off/on lights, etc? I have a question about import of data into sheets from calendar. When i try to import the summary it is no problem.
