Gmail's Attachment to Google Drive not finding attachment when using Filter by Zapier

Hi I have a similar issue where I receive a weekly email which includes multiple excel files. The file names are always the same and I have been able to set up a google drive file replace when a single file is received. However, although I use search string for the file name, the wrong file keeps replacing when I am testing the zap. The replace file keeps selecting the first attachment, not the third attachment which is my target.    Zap setup: Gmail Attachment, replace file in Google Drive Search string: “filename: urban-rest-the-collins_bookingdotcom_lowest_los1_2guests_1-bed.xlsx” Find data displays the correct email with the attachments listed in order (the 3rd attachment is what I am after):  Part 1, filename: urban-rest-the-chalmers_bookingdotcom_lowest_los1_2guests_1-bedroom.xlsx Part 2, file name xxxx.zip Part 3, filename: urban-rest-the-collins_bookingdotcom_lowest_los1_2guests_1-bed.xlsx   I then have a filter to only continue if ‘Attachment Details Filename’ text exactly equ

Duplicating Shopify Orders to Infusionsoft

Hi, Has anyone been able to use Zapier to create orders in Infusionsoft that duplicate the orders placed in Shopify? I use Infusionsoft’s orders pretty much just to track what each customer has ordered, so I would need each order placed in Shopify (including all the line items and prices) to be recreated in Infusionsoft, associated with the same contact. Contacts usually already exist in Shopify and Infusionsoft, so they can be matched by email address. Most (if not all) products also exist in Infusionsoft AND shopify. Prices may not be correct in Infusionsoft though, so they should be taken from Shopify. Can this be done? I cam using the “New paid order” action from Shopify, and the “Create Order” action in Infusionsoft, but can’t quite make sense of the available options in the Infusionsoft action.   Thanks, Markus

Setting up a daily zap (sheets-coda)

Hello,    I need to setup a zap which will daily simply copy a table from Sheets to Coda. Upsert will not work as I need t obe able to delete records that are no longer present in the source sheet from the destination Coda table.  My second use case is the oposite - I need to daily copy an entire table from coda to a sheets tab and completly replace the data in that sheet.  Thanks for all te help in advance !

Incorrect Webinar Registration Date: Zoom->Google Sheets

I have a Zap that adds new Zoom webinar registrants to a Google Sheet. The webinar is a recurring weekly webinar. When I test the Zap using the closest upcoming webinar date, the Zap puts the last possible webinar date into the Google Sheet (e.g., I am registering for a 4/6/2020 webinar, but the Zap adds the date 4/27/2020 to the Google Sheet because it is the last scheduled session of the recurring webinar). The field that I am using from Zoom to obtain the registered date is “Start Time.” Is there something I am missing to be able to add the correct date?

Lookup table sorts itself

I’m trying to add a lookup table. What I wish to achieve is, transform the product id received in webhook request to my list id in autoresponder so I can push the lead to the right list.   New products are added frequenctly and I manually create a list in my auto responder service.   When I add new row in the lookup table, it automatically sorts the key column but keeps the value column as is. With that all the mapping I had created gets completely messed up.   Why does the lookup table have to sort itself?   Is there a workaround for this?

Hey!   I’m trying to update a recurrence events in Google Calendar by changes in a table I have in Google Sheets.   The idea is - I have a table of shifts in Google sheets, each shift is a week long. This table is updating when new employees arrive (only future shifts). I want to be able to first of all, create all shifts events by the table (and invite the employees to the relevant event) and update those events if employees changes future shifts (update the name of the event and the attendees).    Will be happy to hear any suggestion, for now I only managed to create events or updates recurrence but it updates all futures events with the same data.    Nofar

Hi all,   I am brand new to Zapier, so forgive the very basic question.   When a customer makes a specific purchase in Stripe, I then need them subscribed to an email automation in Kajabi.  The issue in setup is that I don’t see where in stripe to filter for specific purchases, and I do not want this automation applied to every purchase.  Thanks!

Line Item Automation Workaround - is there a solution that doesn't require Google Sheets?

I am starting to develop an app using Knack. Knack interfaces with Qbooks Online. I have an issue with one zap that has been identified. I built a zap to create several new records in Knack from line item data from Qbooks but I don't like the fact that I had to use Google Sheets to accomplish it and the zap is currently quite slow (given the multiple interfaces (Qbooks -> Google Sheets -> Knack).Zapier's documentation(see below) states that Knack is not one of the 20 or so apps providing line item automation. So I used the recommend "Google Sheets solution" that was suggested (temporary repository for the line item data).Although my zap is working I would like to know if there is solution that eliminates the need for Google sheets? Thanks!

If an account gets disconnected, can I detect that in the Zap and take an alternative action?

We have preferred ways of transferring data, e.g. use the official application integration. Occasionally this fails, usually because the accounts disconnect. I do detect this in Zapier, and I alert the IT team through Opsgenie. But I still want the data to flow to the downstream system, even - for example - if the fields are not mapped properly.   e.g. we get a sales enquiry. It’s critical that this message gets through.  If I can’t properly file the Jira request that we’d normally use, I want to alternatively send an email that has all the data smashed together.  This way we can take action while IT get the integration straightened How can I detect IN THE ZAP that the Jira account got disconnected? I’m assuming that at the Zap level I should be able to DETECT account failure, and then have a backup step, perhaps after a Filter. Is this the case? Thanks,    Martin.

Create new zap based on workflow from a separate zap

Hi, I have a zap workflow that creates, among other things, a trello board with a certain name and at the same time, a new list within that trello board called "completed".I have another zap that updates a google sheet when a trello card is moved into the "completed" list for the board created in a separate zap.What i really want to do is link the two - So, when the first workflow runs creating the new board, a new zap is created that does the second task. My aim here is to cut down on having to manually create the second zap each time we onboard a new client (Which is what the first zap does).I am assuming I cant combine the second zap into the first one as the criteria for triggering is completely different - If there are other ways of achieving what I am aiming for here that would also be welcome as I am not very experienced with Zapier and also not a developer.

Trello and Google Sheets Question

Not sure what's going on here so hoping someone can help me. I have a Zap set up to create a new Trello Board upon the creation of a new row in my google spreadsheet. Tested it, worked perfect. Added my first new row to Google Spreadsheet and it set up the board perfectly. All good here.I have an additional Zap that @AndrewJDavison_Luhhu helped me set up that looks up that Trello board board ID and then adds cards to that board based on new rows in another tab within my spreadsheet. That was tested and worked perfectly.Now here is my problem: We input a new project into our system on 1/28/20. Trello built a new board from my Zap and everything looked perfect. However, before any cards could be created for this board, someone edited a single cell in that new spreadsheet row. No new row was added from this action, just a change to one of the cells within the row. After the cell change, the zap that creates the boards triggered again. It created a new board that Trello assigned the s
