Export data from Airtable

Not sure if this is possible with Zapier/Airtable, so I’ll just lay out what I’m looking for, would be ideal, and then work from there, since I am either blind or don’t see how I can do it.We use Airtable to collect data from our customers. We would like to automate the export from Airtable and upload to system via FTP/SFTP. So I guess there are a few parts I am looking for some help to determine feasibility:1] Is it possible to put all data from a base/view on Airtable into a CSV? That is the file format our system uses for data import.2] Is it possible to automate an export/data dump from Airtable via Zapier?3] Is it possible to set files up to be automatically uploaded via FTP to a certain folder so that our system can complete its scheduled import? If it’s not possible to do all 3 of these, if there are ways to do one or two of them, perhaps I can piece together a solution for the remaining step on my own. That said, ideally I would like it to be done automatically so nobody has to

How do I integrate Zapier with Mailchimp and Google sheets to unsubscribe from Mailchimp

 Hi,I would like to  know , if i could unsubscribe from the mailchimp by using the filter / search criteria “   @xyz.com”.For example a particular column in spreadsheet integrated to mailchimp triggers the action to unsubscribe from the mailchimp audience. So , when somebody updates the particular row with “ten@xyz.com”,  then i want all the emailid’s associated with “ @xyz.com “  should be unsubscribed/archived from the mailchimp, instantly.  Regards, Rajiv

How do I save a full Twitter thread to Airtable?

Hi all,  I want to use the ‘Search Mention in Twitter’ trigger to save a full Twitter thread when Zapier detects a particular string sequence, such as #SaveThread. I can get the trigger to activate correctly. However, I’m not sure how to use Zapier to save the full twitter thread into Airtable - I can’t seem to find a record of this text. Is there a way to use Zapier to save the full twitter thread that the search mention was detected within? Specifically, is there a value that’s returned from Twitter that contains the text of the full thread or is there a fancy way to get at the full thread text in Zapier?  Thanks in advance,  Kas

Read data from RSS feed every hour?

I need to get/parse data from a public RSS feed, which is done via trigger in Zapier. However I need it to run on a limited schedule (only between 8am-4pm on weekdays). AFAIK the latter is accomplished via “Schedule by Zapier” + “Filter by Zapier” and the schedule is also a trigger. I’m pretty sure I can’t have 2 triggers in 1 zap. So either (1) I use the “Schedule by Zapier” as my trigger and then get data from the RSS feed downstream, or (2) get data from the RSS feed as the trigger and limit the schedule downstream. Either way I’ve spent over 6 hours trying to figure it out with no luck. Has anyone created a similar zap so far?

When a downgrade becomes effective?

Hello i had a plan with 20k zap and downgraded it today a 2k zaps. However as i pad for the 20k zaps i was expecting my 20k zaps to be accessible for 1 month at least. The fact is that now i see only 2k zaps while i just paid $260+ to Zapier for 20k zaps.  Anyone knows if they are refunding the 18k zaps or if this is a glitch in their zap counter?

Create weekly prompt to send out birthday card to contacts in HubSpot

Hi, we are trying to create a system that takes date of birthday from contacts (new and current) in HubSpot CRM throughout  year and issues a 'card writing to do list' via email once a week to prompt a number of cards to be sent out that week to customers/members/friends.  1. Date of Birth held in CRM.2. Anniversary of date of birthday of all CRM contacts within 7 days.3. Any contacts name, address and date of birthday sent in a single weekly email to prompt card being sent.  Other info.  We use a remote freelancer to write and send the cards so they arent connect directly to CRM contacts. We need to physically send the cards from our own office as opposed to using a web/app service to send out cards so we can build on the system and send out gifts as well.  Any ideas?

Mailchimp campaign links not found

I’m trying to set up a zap that adds a row in a Google sheet every time someone clicks a certain link in my Mailchimp campaign. I have chosen the audience, selected the correct campaign, double checked the links in the campaign, etc. But when I hit the dropdown in Zapier to choose the link I want to trigger, it says there are no options available. It’s as if I have no links in my campaign.  Any ideas?

MEWS to Google Sheets Output

Hi all,I’m new to Zapier and having trouble creating my first Zap between MEWS (hotel system) to Google Sheets to help with some linens and inventory forecasting.We need Zapier to collect the following 2 bits of data from MEWS and dump it into our Google Sheet:# of incoming guests for next 4 days (rolling basis) # of incoming bookings for next 4 days (rolling basis)This data is available on MEWS, though I’m not sure there’s a specific trigger.  Any ideas on how to do this?  Thank you so much.

It does not appear to be an option for importing from Quickbooks but the invoice PDF is available. Please add packing slip PDF as an import option (Airtable). Using to track shipments and need the packing slip without pricing on it. Huge time saver if this is added.

Hi, I am loving this integration very much and wanted to ask some questions about which I’m facing some difficulties.1) I can only see the integration posting first few lines of tweet and rest gets shortened by .... How can I post full texts of a tweet?2)How can I post threads created by a specific user? When I tried this, it only posts the first tweet of a thread and misses the remaining ones.

How to delay pulling data or refresh it after it’s been pulled?

BackgroundI am currently sending leads from a lead source to my CRM using a zap. When a lead comes into the source the zap is triggered, and it gets pushed out to my CRM where the new lead is created. The zap filters (and either runs/or does not run) base don a tag that the lead source adds (buyer / Seller). For example if a new seller leads comes in the “Seller” zap will run because the lead has the “Seller” tag (and the “Buyer” zap will not run, because the lead does not have the buyer zap). ProblemHere is the issue. When a new lead is created in my lead source a tag is added by the lead source AFTER the new lead is created. SO when the zap fires the new lead does not have the “Buyer/Seller” tag yet. I created a delay in the zap, but I do not know how to tell zapier to refresh the lead data to check for the new tag. New Lead>Zap Fires (lead did not have the tag the second it was created)>leads go to the CRM, but get assigned incorrectly.I need something like thisNew Lead>Zap

I am having a site in WordPress. I am using a plugin name  shoutout global inside my WordPress admin panel for managing the users and there revenues. Data for the respective plugin is stored in the shout out global admin panel.I talked to shout out global and they said that I would have to use zapier for showing shout out data inside WordPress admin panel.When I looked into zapier i.e. https://zapier.com/apps and searched for the app(Shoutout global), it is not present there.I am confused whether I can fetch data from shout out using zapier.Any help would be highly appreciated.

How to print custom labels in Outlook from WooCommerce orders

HeyWe are looking for the most effective way to get a custom label printed out for each new order we receive from Woocommerce.Right now the best solution seems to send the order information to an e-mail and let Outlook automatically print the mail out with the data we choose. Although we can’t format the information in mail to a “label-friendly” size. Whatever set up we choose, Outlook still wants to print A4 scale to 1.1 x 3.5 label :) Maybe there is a better way the get the custom label printed out when new order arrives?

When new EventBrite event is published the Zap is not creating event record in Salesforce NPSP with event details

Hi All,I’m new to Zappier so still learning. We are trying to creating an integration between Eventbrite and our Salesforce NPSP Test Org using Zappier. Basically what we want to happen is when a new event is published in Eventbrite an event record for that event should be created in Salesforce in our custom object ‘Training_Course__c’ which records training courses.A Zap has been created already between Eventbrite and Salesforce and the connection has been tested successfully with an event record successfully created in Salesforce for a selected recent event that Zappier has found from Eventbrite.   See Below     However, when a new Eventbrite event is published the Zap is not creating  event records in Salesforce  with details of the new event record but keeps creating an event record with the details of test event Zappier found that was used for the Zap connection test. See below :Is there something missing or an additional action that’s required? Any help or guidance would be great

I’m new to this. Problem in need of a solution: I have a new CRM system that needs emails to be sent in a ADF/XML format. Quite a few of our lead sources do not send in that format. I’m looking for guidance on how to create a zap that will take those leads and covert them into an ADF or XML message to send into my CRM. Thank you!
